No one has access to your money as long as you lodged it in through the correct means. For those urging you to report him, I see it this way. First, there is nothing bad if you want to, that is if you feel harassed. While I'm not trying to emotionally blackmail you, please note that he may likely lose his job if you report. What he did was professionally wrong. But I urge you to see it as a guy to guy thing. He came to meet you to lend him money. You said No. You could leave it at that. |
Benue to Ebonyi? ![]() She cannot walk there. Option out. She cannot be carried by a responsible stranger. The only two options I can think of is; She went with a family member to visit and got lost somehow somewhere. They can ask around the neighborhood she was found if anyone will recognize her especially as a visitor. OR She was kidnapped. And as God will have it, for whatever reason, she was dumped there. |
He is probably angry about the vast sums the legislative budgeted for themselves. The guys gulp billions of naira every year doing nothing. The few that work, are below average. A graduate trainee in any standard firm in Nigeria does ten times the work and collects 1% of their pay. Mtcheew |
What do you expect? Apartment buildings like this are supposed to have service charge. This levy will be used to provide amenities in common. E. G. Cleaning of environment, water, power, etc. But in Nigeria, everyone is concerned only with the insides of their house, nobody cares about the environment. Go to Lekki phase one during the rainy season, big mansions will have flood in front of their gates. Instead of calling people to clear drainage or contribute money to fix the road. No. They'll go buy the latest SUV so they can pass the water and show off. Naija, which way. I also notice that once government builds roads and drainages, especially in Lagos, it becomes a competition on who can block it the fastest. |
If only you guys knew. Permit me to be vulgar. As a slim guy with big D. When you handle girls like this, they be screaming all night. All Hotness, tightness and wetness. The way the asssss jiggles when you hit from behind. Their squeals is enough to turn you on 100% |
Before nko? Did she expect him to marry her? He knows the marriage will not last, so just chop and go. The society has moved from placing emphasis on character development and soft skills, to celebrating wealth and body types. Low self esteem people everywhere. |
As if anything will come out of it. When I was in school, I wanted to join every association I could find. AIESEC, fellowship exco, departmental exco, Hall exco etc. I was everywhere. I spread myself so thin, I was not effective at any one of them. EFCC is everywhere and nowhere. Pursuing everything without being effective. Of all their cases, how many have been brought to fruition? |
Is he the one to appoint an SSA for Buhari? Isn't it the president that will decide who will be his advisor. Except Buhari gave him the go ahead. |
I thought the president is not in the country. Who is he going to be advising? |
Water makes my skin fresh. Pepper ask what cream I use, I tell them water moisturizes my skin from the inside. |
In order to make sense, you guys just wrote all sort of things, conjuring theories that can't even be merited to be called conspiracy. The following assumptions must be made for your theory to hold water; 1. That tubaba only has the capacity to manage one artiste. 2. That dammie vee and Dammy krane cannot work together on a label. Why would tubaba kick out Dammy krane (who has/had potential) and put all his eggs in an unproven, untested talent. Common sense should tell us that something apparently went wrong in the relationship between tubaba and Dammy krane Maybe the contract between both even expired and Dammy asked to be let go. Once an event happens, every blogger wants to feast on it. And even the theories you guys come up with are laughable. |
sbola:Good afternoon, I know it's been a year. I just wanted to ask if you did another PI after the first or just the first one. And what was in your mail after the first PI? |
greatnaija01: ![]() Is this really a word? |
Hi nairalanders, I was just wondering if I am the only one. Do you have a word you always misspell and/mispronounce. For me, I always spell doesn't as dosen't. Every time. I have to always change it. Also, until recently, I pronounce recipe as re-caip instead of ree-cee-pee. Last year, I also learnt that vinegar is pronounced vee-nee-gar, not vine-ga. |
People stop going to church because they feel it's not worth it. The church has gone from edifying and building people to using people as a means to an end. People should be the end, not the means as the church is the people. Look at the news we hear about our pastors, the people we believe are sent from God as our shepherds. I'll just stay in my house and listen to worship songs in Sunday. If I like I hear one online 30 mins word. Also, churches waste people's time. People work throughout the week, they socialise on Saturday. Don't take the whole Sunday too. How will church service be from 8-2, kilode. Why do you think those churches that have snap services are growing in membership. And it doesn't mean their members are less grounded. |
All I pray give me enough money to make my children live in affluence. And then my children expand the wealth, and their children. Even the bible says a good man leaves inheritance for his children's children. |
The rate of swindling and other financial crimes among youths aged 19-35 is alarming. All my mates are now doing yahoo plus. The carry sacrifices, kill people for rituals to get more money. Government needs a holistic approach to this thing. Arresting alone will not solve the problem. You need to engage these guys. If you don't do that, it will only get worse. Please note that I am not making an excuse for crime. |
Hi, masagoody Ceechedah Sureguy02 MizzD I put in for TRPS recruitment, done with PI and got a success mail. The mail also said I would be contacted for the next stage in the recruitment process. Is there a next stage? Or I should be waiting for medicals. I heard something about meeting the head of TRPS. Is it going to happen? And if yes, is it another interview or just a chat. Do people get dropped at that stage? |
I just have one suggestion for EY. Anyone that finishes that test and scores above 75%. Just employ the person immediately. ![]() No need for any other recruitment stage, kilode. I checked, I had 12 minutes remaining, 5 questions later, it was 55 seconds. |
dlondonbadboy:Mail them. I don't think you can't though. Unlike KPMG, thus seems to be a one time thing. Mail and call first. |
I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Our education sector is in shambles. |
Evinsco:We are saying the same thing. Read through very well, I am actually attacking that mentality, not supporting it. |
I think the first and major question to ask is PASSION Am I passionate enough to build a career in this course? For that, we need to go back to our secondary school. The method of putting people in classes based on their performance is wrong, outdated and very biased. The best students go to Science, the rest are divided into art/commercial. What kind of method is that? That's how I wen to science class one of my very few regrets. Schools need to device a curriculum that gets the best out of students. That's how advanced countries get it done. That way, we put square pegs in square holes. There is no course you cannot build a career in. NONE. If that is the course you want, and you are ready to pursue it with passion, you will make it. I know a YORUBA professor, who is a translator/consultant for the UN. The man is in money, a lot of it. Is YORUBA an economically viable course according to most people's standards? |
Scotland is a country. Before they had a referendum on secession from the UK, they had a working constitution, state facilities were working well. The modalities on power were worked out. Everyone knew their place. Those calling for Biafra, taking into cognisance the news we heard this morning about a whole ibo village rejecting an ibo priest because he is not from their village, what happens when Biafra happens? Who leads you? Is there a power sharing formular? Do you have a constitution you will abide to? Have the modalities been worked out? Which state will first have power? What happens to resources sharing? For those in the south saying Federal Government failed you, you distort facts. Federal government gave you NDDC, gave you 13% derivation, oil companies do a lot of CSR in your communities, invest in scholarship for you, employ your children, and gave you amnesty when you arose. Federal government did not fail you. Your governors did. The same governors that hail from your towns. Alameisegha took your money and squandered it. Ìbòrí did same. The list goes on. You rever and worship this people, but fight the central government. Your priorities are wrong. Before you quote me, please read again, I talked with common sense. Please do same. I am not an ethnic bigot, neither am I intra racist, I just believe Biafra will do more harm than good. I stand to be corrected. You guys may eventually bite more than you can chew. It happened before, be careful to not let it happen again. Work out the modalities, before you scream biafra. |
Does he deserve reverence Yes. Does he deserve public holiday. NO What good did he do to the states concerned? What is the rationale behind it. Losing your mandate doesn't make you deserving of a public mandate. No bashing please. Just mention significant strides he made in the states concerned to warrant a public holiday in his honour. |
1. I want to know the work he did to get enough to buy 15m car for his girlfriend in four years. Before you say, his father is rich, that will negate his earlier stance of having nothing. I'm not envious o, I just want to invest my life savings in such business abeg. 2. Can I buy a 15m car for girlfriend (not wife o), YES. Extravagance is not a function of what you buy, but what is left But before then, my mum must be using a more expensive or equally expensive car. And I'll finish my father's house. My wife on the other hand, I'll buy her the world if I can afford it. *Goes back to frying dodo, and thinking of when he will be able to buy golf* |
It's respect from a guy to a respected father figure. I dream of a day that Nigeria will no longer play tribal politics. A day when we will vote and appoint on merit regardless of ethnicity. A day when I won't need state of origin to enter school, get work or connect with someone. I will vote and be voted for based on my capabilities as a human being, not because I cone from a particular tribe even though I'm inept or there is someone better placed than me. |
What is the best word to describe NIGERIANS? HYPOCRITES. Double standards everywhere. Average citizen steals, Lynch him, condemn him. Politician steals, praise him for using 5% to dig borehole. Celebrity steals, always in the news, we must not be enemies of his progress. Condemn his act and see the wrath of nairalanders. But, what's my own |
I hope for his sake, it is good. Dbanj has done well for himself s opposed to the average musician who just spend all their life's earnings. At this stage, he should be singing for quality not fame or commercialism just like Jay Z is doing. |
What I learnt; Be YOU. Don't be like everybody else because you want to get something. If you are 'too' unique, your special place will be created for you. |
We were instructed in the mail not to bring any gadget. How do they expect us to come for test without our phones. |
