It's not jazz. It's just a case of being smart. They defrauded him. The same way you see 'magicians', do their trick. If not that they tell us it ain't real, we would argue that it is. That's why they are two. I don't claim to know their modus operandi, but it sure involves smartness, sleight of hand, distractions and some fast moves. They are fraudsters. That's all. The arm of the law has caught up with them. |
He's a gigolo, it's not unexpected. She knew what she was looking for when she agreed to have sex with a worthless guy. By the way, not all women cheat, as one poster above said. You'll be surprised that majority don't. Those that do have just tainted the reputation of those that don't because they are the ones that make the news. If majority of women cheat, by now cheating won't make news again. Imagine 30m plus women cheating in Nigeria alone. |

Congratulations. It's not my business but make sure you save. After receiving some months salary, gift all those who have helped you in life something. Cash, gifts, anything. Never forget home, don't become the unnecessary benefactor, but try to help out as much as you can. Don't settle. Many Nigerians do. Get a professional certification in that line, read books about your job, become exceptional, work with excellence. Above all, don't become one of those 'the world is on my shoulder' Nigerian employees. Smile often, work well with others, greet the cleaners and messengers and drivers well. Remember their names. God will secure all that is yours. Still not my business ![]() |

Even the devil is not this wicked. Go through the bible, during the terror reign of the devil, atrocities were not this bad. What's my point? Some people are worse than the devil. The devil sef fear them. |
structural94:I don't understand. Have you done PI? Does it mean those who got success mails from PI should just be waiting for offer letter? Or there is something else. Graduate interns are those who just finished school, haven't served but will just intern with KPMG for a while, mostly six months. Graduate trainees are those who are the newest employees of KPMG, starting from the basic, they can rise to become partners if they so wish, putting in all the requirements. |
The school should expel her of course. That's unacceptable, beating your teacher is like beating your wife, the reason doesn't count, no matter how bad. Also, she should see a psychologist for her own good. She need to air all that anger she has inside somewhere. As for the teacher, she should face disciplinary action if she did anything untoward to the student. |
Hahahahaha. Dosent mean you are a mistake or aren't loved. So many children were conceived the day the patents didn't expect. Maybe on the kitchen counter |
He deserves it. Who the better player is between him and Messi is up for debate but off the field, he has the charisma. While Messi is laid back and gentle, Ronaldo is outspoken, a tad bit selfish, has the looks and height to woo audiences to buy a product. |
Tough one. I'll allow him spend the rest of the jail term. It's almost complete. I'll surely take out of the money, maybe a 100m, will let him know about it too. I can chop life too. ![]() Enough, fantasy. Let me dust my CV, I'n looking for a job. |
If we start, 40% of the houses in Lagos will go. First, they should make the process for getting permits and building approval easy, fast and transparent. People are likely to build better if they know government is aware. All approved buildings should be assessed during construction. |
So fast. This woman gave it her all. Her children are reaping the benefits and making her proud. NAFDAC became weak after she left. The Dora I know would have done something about all these illegal tramadol drugs all over the country. |

We really need to address the issue of graduate trainees in this country. If every graduate job is asking for 3 years experience, where are people going to get it. Secondly, government really needs to look into this contract staff of a thing. It is utter nonsense. It is even against the law. Every employee is supposed to contribute to the National Housing Fund, and Pension. These ones don't even have that benefit. Banks declare tens of billions of naira in profit every year, they cannot afford to employ full staff. That's a shame. Contract staffing should be outlawed for indigenes. Even if it will hold, only the length of service will differ. The terns of service must be the same as other full time staff. |

Somebody is very unserious, and I'm betting it's the EFCC plus FG plus Attorney General. So, you wasted Either your lawyers are incompetent or yourselves are. |
wadetaw202:That's the thing. I don't know. I use cooking gas too, as do most of us. It's scary. |

For every good news on nairaland front page, there are 5 bad news and another 5 vomit inducing, depression causing, tears bringing, anger causing news. I'm tired of commenting. For the love of God. What else is there to say? Just wait one hour, another terrible news from somewhere in the north, South, East or west of Nigeria will suffice. P. S. I've not finished typing, news of a fallen pole electrifying a 3 year old just made front page. Is Nigeria's remote control in the hands of the devil? |

The rate of gas explosions is seriously on the rise. I used to think, the people involved were careless but a very careful, meticulous family friend and her husband are in intensive care now because of this. I hope our LPG isn't contaminated. Let this not turn to another ebola o. RIP to the dead. |
GentlemanAyo:Everyone writes the same TEST, everyone writes the same essay, everyone writes the same BAT. Everyone does the same documentation. That's the first four stages. They don't separate us until AC. Where you interview for your unit. If you have registered for the graduate trainee, dragnet should send you an invite soon. If they don't, you can contact KPMG HR. |
Is it the advent of more news media coverage that is exposing people, or humans are actually becoming more wicked. I think its the latter, the rate of negativity is increasing geometrically. Less than ten years ago, nairaland front page used to be filled with Nigerians winning laurels, people helping each other, news that make you swell with pride. Not anymore. With the way things are going, we don't need to combat climate change, we'll sure kill ourselves off in the next 200 years. |
kings09:Oh, True. I was just about asking why Aamir Khan is number one. Thanks. He is still my number one though. |
So, Akinwunmi Adesina is not a Nigerian. He is the top Nigerian on that list. I believe reputable means honourable, respectable. What criteria was used? We cannot know you are reputable unless we know of a temptation or threat you have faced and you stood your ground. People like Mandela, who stood his ground despite being threatened over and over again for almost 30 years. Akinwumi Adesina, who despite threats and finding himself in a corrupt tenure made sure he found a way to better the plot of farmers in Nigeria. Some people are just there by the virtue of being celebrities. Being likable and being reputable are two different things. Angelina Jolie, who snatched someone's boyfriend? That's common knowledge, although she denies it. Or Cristiano Ronaldo who changes girlfriends the way babies change diapers. Just because he is one of the best footballers in the world and likable doesn't make him reputable. I don't agree with the list. Although, what do I know sef. |
Shouldn't that carry the death penalty? That's attempted murder as far as I'm concerned. If that girl lives till 80,that means she will use drugs every day of her life for 67 years unless a cure is found. That's 365 days times 67. Do the maths. The guy should be sentenced to death by testicle squeezing. Idiot. |

fransixe:Lmaoooo. What if I am? Is it you I wanna have sex with? But No, I don't suffer from premature ejaculation. |
I predict that in the next 15 - 20 years, federal universities will be a thing of the past. If started with primary schools, they made sure they 'killed' public primary schools, most of them look like solitary confinement for death row victims. Then in the early 90s they turned to secondary schools, by the early 2000s they had almost finished all of them too. Only few missionary ones are still standard. No teachers, unqualified teachers, bad learning environment, no learning materials, unpaid salaries etc. Now, it's the turn of the universities, no lecturers, lazy lecturers, hostels that look like pig shelters, no water, outdated curriculum etc. I will be 26 in September, by the time my child is old enough to go to tertiary institution, I doubt there'll be anything left of our federal universities except something is done, and soon. |
I was introduced to tramadol during youth service. I started with 200mg. One tablet, and I'll be happy for a whole day. The drug makes it look like your fantasies are coming to life. Then, you'll also sleep like a baby. I really loved that happiness, no worry in the world. My body easily adapts to drugs and achohol, I've never been drunk before, only tipsy even after taking 6 bottles of beer. So, gradually, I moved to 200mg, later I moved to 300mg. After service, I became a constant customer of the malam in my area. Then I got to 600mg per day. I couldn't sleep without tramadol, one minute after the thing leaves my body, serious withdrawal symptoms start again and I have to up the dose. While searching for a job, I began to have reality check. 1. Companies will test you to know if you are a junkie. 2. I was going to die sooner rather than later. So, I decided to stop. It wasn't easy. I suffered withdrawal symptoms like crazy. For the first two weeks, I couldn't sleep. I'll lay awake all night tossing g and turning. Constant headaches, body itching, weakness. My parents asked if I was sick, I said I was just worried I didn't have a job. I refused to take painkillers because I wanted to live through the pain, wanted to teach myself a lesson. I finally did it. It wasn't easy. But it has been worth it. I can finally sleep naturally back, in fact over sleep sef. My advice to guys out there, please stop. It will kill you slowly and eventually. P. S. Tramadol also helped with delayed ejaculation. The two girlfriends I had during service year were always praising me for my stamina. We could be on for hours. My heart could take it because I am young and I'm an exercise freak. I am very sure tramadol is one of the leading causes of heart attack in middle age men during sex, their heart can't take it. I don't have statistics, but since tramadol has been on the rise, the number of men who die during sex has risen too. |
