The governor is owing the state civil servant 6 and half months as some have not collect December salary till date. He just paid half salary last month. Then some LG is being owe more than a year, while Ogbia LGA is about 14 to 15th months. So nothing like compromised there.

you're wrong bro. A pastor and his church members has use the front of my house for service on Sunday that they blocked my front entrance and was disturbing while I was sleeping. It happened in 2012 during the flood period in yenagoa. It happen that those displaced by flood has taken over the government school premises where they warship and they need alternative which the fellow Christian did chase them out. I was angry when I came out from sitting room to my corridor but the corridor entrance is blocked that I have to follow back entrance. Since is just land, Muslim in the west can give it out. I also believe that maybe the land is close to Muslim praying ground, and because of the population of the worshippers, they extend to the land.

it same Sango Otta? If yes, from Otta to ijebu ode should be an hour or plus, from ijebu ode to iwopin is about 4G minutes to an hour depends on the driver. There's no direct boat. But you can chatter boat if you negotiate from VI or you join boat to Epe and enter boat from Epe to Iwopin. Epe to iwopin is an hour plus.

little advice, look for a genuine landed property and invest the 1 million on it. You can make up to half of that money in less than a year or more, if it's in area that's fast developing. In 2004, I bought 20k shares with prudent bank now skybank, 6k with ABC transport and 4k with Ecobank. I only got the share certificate of prudent bank and couldn't get the other two due to similar issue with OP. The highest amount gross I have gotten so far is 2k. Sometimes is 1k plus. In 2007, I bought a piece of land half plot at the rate of 100k in Yenagoa. in 2008 I bought another one to make it a plot and some feet at less than 100k because the place is still thick bush. I sold half plot in 2010 for 200k, gave one of my worker quatre from the said land. The person I sold to later sold his half plot at 340k, that's about 2 years later. I still have about 50by 65 left that someone offer 600k around 2014 but am not ready to sell.

Presently now, I can sell that land around 800k and am very sure it won't last a week before they pay for it. Everything I spent on that land is just around 200k, the first sales is 200k wch have covered everything. The quatre I gave out could have fetch me around 100k then. The remaining part will fetch not less than 800k and in total, I will be talking about a million naira as profits from 200k business from 07 to 2016.

my brother, am very sure that you can't make up to that amount, if the said amount is invested on share. That's just my experience and advice. But if you are to invest it in land, make sure you buy it from reliable family and you secure it very well with every means.

No one is giving kudos to Buhari now, but if it's against pdp, you would have see different post condemning Buhari led government. Every judgment can't favour you.

It's true u knw waterside very well.. There's a maritime academy (merchant navy academy) in Oni that i attended, do u know Oni? Yes the school was located inside GIPI campus in Oni but the said school have now relocated to sagamu. The paper mill company was working until FG sold it, if not for that, the communities would have been developed more than it's now due to the fact that water way would be dredge more deeply in order to harbour more commercial vessels to convey the said company finished products to lagos and that will boast the economic of the communities.
I had a lots of fun during my studies at waterside, Oni people are very traditionally, likewise like ibiade... Mehn that ibiade junction, come and see different kind of sacrifices in local pot. sometimes along the road to J4, if u don't shine ur eyes well well u will be kidnapped but most of these kidnappers are not from water side communities. They are a very good people and their main profession is fishing, especially among the youths.

A plot of land is between 200k to 400k depends on the location. But you can't get land at the waterfront. The land rise up from around 50,100k some years back when some Company And Individuals were Buying Large Portion Land then.
