Why should ABUJA be expensive - it got nothing going for it - apart from being federal capital of Nigeria? It has no oil nor industry no tourist resorts - it not cape town or monaco or name it. It expensive because LEGO city like those are by nature non sustainable - Nigeria should have sorted LAGOS issues - rather than running away from problems - only to spend lots of billion dollars and have that brand new city ranked as worse as LAGO
