Do you know the new MD of Guaranty Trust Bank in Ghana twice had a phone forum with customers recently? He wanted to know why the bank, that was doing great before, was now doing so badly. Would there have been a need for that emergency interaction with customers if the bank was doing so well? I know some Guaranty Trust Bank employees in Ghana who complain to me about how things are going from bad to worse with the bank.
