tbaba1234: Some players are 'confidence' players. When confidence is high, they are unstoppable. When confidence is low, they are terrible.
Confidence plays a role for every player but it affect some more than others.
Maybe Kelechi needs confidence to operate well, he looks like a better version of the under 17 boy. We have seen him play like this before but all of a sudden, it looked like he could not play ball again.
The arrival of Pep in city seemed to dampen his confidence and he never regained it till now. He needs to learn to play irrespective of who manages the team or whether his confidence e is high or not |

tbaba1234: Well, it takes skill to brawl. Okolie has some skill too but he will need to develop more to compete with heavyweights.
I remember that fight, very entertaining. Izu rushed in and got himself KOed. I think he is a good fighter. He has gone under the radar since that loss. He lost again to a fellow Polish by KO. Thus he has 12 wins from 14 with 2 losses all by way of KO |

tbaba1234: His size helps him a lot in the Cruiserweight division. He is usually bigger than his opponents. When he moves up, He will face guys that are bigger than him or around the same size.
I do not think his skill level is that great yet. You have a point. But the truth is, few boxers at heavyweight like AJ, Fury and Oleksandar Usyk have skill level. The majority are just pure brawlers and heart (with granite chin) Know of Izu Ugonoh? Was disappointed with his loss to Dominic brazeale. Izu had him on the ropes and rushed for the KO but Dominic withstood all his punches and poor Izu ran out of gas and got KO'ed in the 4th round (I think) |

Humility017: don't mind him...he will always look for excuse for Imama....
everyone who knows football...will tell you that imama has nothing to offer even if given the current super eagles team...
but Basco will never agree
whats wrong with playing a nation league side...like any of the NPFL club as friendly is that not a good test for the CHAN Qualifiers?
a coach who knows what he is doing, won't mind organise this friendlies with club sides close to their camp base and you must not wait for the clueless nff to do all things for you....
who did the yusuf team played prior they qualifed for the last one
still waiting for him to carve excuses for Agbiogun and the Olympic team gross failure in Egypt.
the first thing the NFFneed do right now is to employ an indigenous competent coach to assist rohr and also help build the CHAN and WAFU team... that's the best bet for NPFL players to climb up the ladder....
cc: BascoVanVeli Kennedy Boboye isn't bad iMO for CHAN eagles |

I just disagree with the whatsapp stuff...she should explain herself in person if she's serious.
Up until the time he blocked her, she couldn't even open a chat to explain. All she knew how to do was write rubbish status update smh The reason she didn't even bother to chat him up on WhatsApp was most likely because there was nothing to explain. Wetin Lie lie wan explain again? |

Clementoke: Rohr says CHAN failure not good for local players, picks holes in NPFL
Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has lamented the failure of the CHAN Eagles to qualify for next year’s tournament in Cameroon, while picking holes on the organization of the NPFL.
The home-based Eagles were eliminated from Cameroon 2020 by Togo.
“This (CHAN exit) is not good sign for the local players, if they could not go to CHAN,” he said. “We therefore need better infrastructure, better level of football and for the players to play regularly, not for the league to be off for several months, players cannot be fit without regular competition.”
Rohr restated his position that players from the domestic league must improve and be better than their Europe-based counterparts for him to consider them on his team.
“They have to be better than the players who play in Europe,” he maintained.
“I take only the best players.
“Do you know of a coach who does not play his best players?”
Source: Scorenigeria Gbam.... I am fully with Rohr on this Let the NFF and LMC improve on the league so that it churns out better players |

Abusule007: Galatasaray Interested In Signing 'New Onyekuru', Samuel Kalu & Why It's Not A Rumour
Turkish champions Galatasaray are plotting a move for Bordeaux's Nigeria international Samuel Kalu.
According to Turkish newspaper Hurriyet, Kalu has been offered to Galatasaray by a French intermediary following the injuries suffered by Radamel Falcao and Florin Andone.
The report added that the unnamed French agent contacted Vice-President Abdurrahim Albayrak and said that he could bring Samuel Kalu, provided the winger's asking price is met.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can report that though the identity of the agent remains a mystery, Kalu is represented by French-based agent William D'Avila of DW Sports Management, who has close ties to Galatasaray and Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr, so this is not a transfer rumour.
D'Avila was among the agents that brokered the deal that took Henry Onyekuru to Galatasaray in the 2018-2019 season and also handles the affairs of another Galatasaray-owned player, Valentine Ozornwafor.
Kalu joined Bordeaux on a five-year deal in August 2018 for a fee in the region of 8.5 million euros and has gone on to make 45 appearances for the Ligue 1 club in all competitions, scoring 5 goals and providing six assists.
Source: ANS 5 goals and 6 assists is a poor return. He needs to step up |

But why is it so complicated and far flung for so many people to understand that.
I've said it explained it broken it down and yet they still stand in darkness. Maybe because you're a biased and emotive fellow. Oga, those guys don't want to rep Nigeria. Money or no money. the prestige of being called an English player is even very enticing |
