You dont really have to be slim inorder to be a model in Nigeria

You need to be ready to learn the nitty gritty of modeling

Lastly, i derive pleasure teaching would-be models about how to catwalk and pose for the camera but unfortunately, i am not in the country at the moment.

I would surely get back to this thread as soon as i get into the country.

I will describe my mum as being too strict way back then. She always make a rule about being sure i get back home by 7pm (that is if she has to give her consent about letting me go out in the first place) or else, i will have to go and look for a friend of hers to beg her if i stay later than the specified time. Once it is 7pm, she will be seated at the balcony of our house. by 8pm, she will start stretching her neck looking towards the end of the street, willing me to appear from around the street. If she didnt see me by 9pm, she wont be seated anymore. By 10pm, people around will know there is something wrong as she would raise an alarm. Let me dare not say this---cuz by 11pm, she will get her head tie and straight to the police station she goes! as she would start worrying and even be crying frantically.

By this time, i must not come home without a note from the parents of whoever i had been out with and also with about 2-3 of her friends else, hell will be let loose. Also, no more outing for the next few month.

Then i will start hatching another convincing excuse to give her before she lets me out again

I can give you the name and phone number of a shipper that can ship your car from your location to Lagos. Mind you, the car will have to be shipped through Tilbury in Essex. I can also give you the telephone number of someone who can also help you in converting your car to left hand drive in Nigeria. Unfortunately, i cant post those phone numbers here. Wait a min, let me quote u here-  one DAY we did it but how and what lead to it i still don't know till today. Are you trying to imply that you were not in your right frame of mind when the deed was done? I mean, did the lady use juju (voodoo) on you? I quite understand that it is possible that some ladies can go to some very daring extent to make sure they get what they want. She must have been enticed by the niceties you were showering on her, that was why she wanted to hook you by nook or by crook. I have so much disdain for such types of women. You also have a part of the blame too because you shouldnt have given her too much interest in the first place. You should have avoided her like a plague when she asked you to sleep with her the first time and also stop communicating with her straightaway. Now, the deed had been done. The next step is a solution.

has it ever crosses your mind that she could be trying to impose another man's pregnancy on you. It is very possible. All the same, you need to explain to your fiancee. Make sure she hears this from you instead of knowing about it from an outsider. She will be deeply hurt and disappointed no doubt, and you need to be ready for her worst reaction which would be to leave you, but i doubt if she will do that. Any reasonable woman wouldnt want to suffer with a man for that long and just allow one nonentity to end it all for her. Insist on a paternity test when the baby is born, inorder to determine if you are indeed the father. Involve the elders in your family as elders knows how to solve this kind of situation better.

Giving the senior wife her due respect simply means respecting her cos she happens to be the senior wife or because she is older than the other wives. It is common practise for these men (husband) to go for a younger woman as a second, third or fourth wife.

All the wives sleeps with the husband, but they tend to do it in turns. Like a kind of rota basis. BULLSHIT!

Some men will let his family members knows that he had impregnated his mistress/girlfriend, and if he intends to marry her, he will plead with his family or with a respectable man in his family to break the news to his wife, and the fools too will now call the woman (wife) to a meeting. They could start by praising and praying for her b4 dropping the bombshell. They will then plead with her to forgive her hubby. To them, it is expected that the wife can get angry, show her frustration and annoyance, scream and tear at the husband but to finally accept the situation all in the name of respecting the family head or whoever broke the news to her. In some cases too, the man will just let the wife know he intends to marry another woman just like that ( how callous). Also, it could even be the senior wife that will tell the husband that he saw a well mannered lady whom she will want the husband to marry (she is just trying to choose someone that will be a second wife to her husband and who will also respect her too. ANOTHER BULLSHIT!

To your final question, when the husband dies, all the wives, and kids including family members will start fighting over his properties. Some will even go as far as attacking each other spiritually (voodoo).
