Even a Gorilla Glass 6 or whatever,will scratch up if you are careless with it just because it has Reinforced Glass,

And a fall that smashed a phone's screen like am seeing on that Samsung will crack any device..

Like I said,there's no MARKETING JARGON that's a substitute for being careful with your expensive devices..

Plz shift. Now I know I'm dealing Samsung marketer. I'm telling you my experience with the almighty galaxy. Google problem people face on their galaxy you will be short of word. Galaxy is over hype. I can still go for HTC or huawai besides I'm not a Facebooker nor Instagramer not to talk of tweeter. So I still chose HTC, huawai, Verizon, LG xiomi, Nokia but not tecno, itel, infinix and the rest of the low budget device

Am no Samsung Marketer and it's been over TWO YEARS I've used a Samsung and am typing on a Xiaomi device..

Your claims are not backed by reality as per my long experience with them and am calling it as I see it..

Every brand has its problems and if Samsung complaints are more than others,it simply boils down to the fact that they sell more phones than other brands,

Remove Huawei from the list you mentioned and Samsung sells more devices than all of them put together,so what do you expect?

I've used SIX Samsung Smartphones and I have no reason to suspect that their battery lives are any worse than other brands I've used over the years,including the aforementioned Galaxy Grand which I used for THIRTEEN MONTHS..

In fact,the WORST battery life I've used on a Smartphone and it detoriated quickly will be on a Xiaomi,the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2..

Samsung are common and many buy them used.

To your claim on the Galaxy Grand,I used the device..

Infact I pre-ordered the device when it came out back in December 2012,

Back when most Smartphones have less than 2500Mah batteries and the said device came with a Paltry 2100Mah battery..

If your girl used a phone with a small battery capacity that came out SIX AND A HALF YEARS earlier,until you bought her a Redmi Note 7 Pro this year..

Why should you use that as a point of reference to judge Samsung?

Infact,I would venture to say that the phone's battery has tried..

And if the RN7 with its LCD is better than the A30 as he claimed,why is Xiaomi ditching the said superior LCDs for an inferior AMOLED on its high end phones?

The ONLY thing wrong with the A20 AMOLED is its resolution,that apart it is of the same quality as any SUPER AMOLEDS by Samsung..

The issue under discussion is the screen qualities of said phones,NOT their Processor or whatever..

The AMOLED on Xiaomi Flagships are Super AMOLEDS made by Samsung,

Which is exactly the same technology used on the A30 and other A-Series and which have been hailed severally by GSMARENA in all their REVIEWS of the A-Series as Class leading Screen quality..

And we are not comparing it to the S10e AMOLED because Samsung specifically specified it as Dynamic AMOLED,which is of a higher quality..

RN7 display could be better than Samsung A20 even though its an lcd display..... Have not handled both

The A30 is a FHD+ AMOLED screen just like ALL the high end Xiaomi devices with AMOLED Screen..

And the same Xiaomi is using a 720p AMOLED screen on their Mi A3 which is positioned higher than the RN7..

I've also handled the RN7 and the A30 and I can tell you certainly don't appreciate the inherent qualities of an AMOLED screen..

Even Xiaomi is using AMOLEDS on their high end phones and YOU don't think Super AMOLEDS are better than LCDs?

I just hope you'll come back here to complain when the phone starts acting up. I begged my friend to buy Redmi Note 7 but he insisted that he wanted a samsung he got a Samsung A30. The next day he started regretting, he even asked me if slot would agree to change it. Three days after buying it, he sold it 10k less just to get rid of it, added money and got a Redmi Note 7.
And for those screaming "super AMOLED", the display on Samsung A20/ A30 is shitty, it doesn't even come close to that of Redmi Note 7.

Any phone can act up,for every batch produced a certain percentage is expected to have issues..

Even the RN7,there was a girl on the Xiaomi thread complaining about her RN7 which she just bought within the week and it was later changed for her..

And Samsung AMOLEDS are NOT SHITTY,they are WORLD ACCLAIMED as the BEST IN CLASS and in NO WAY is the RN7 better..

And before you jump on me as a Samsung fanboy,am typing this from a Xiaomi Mi Max 3..

MOST people complaining about Samsung batteries are those that bought second hand (UK USED) Samsung devices,with already DETORIATED BATTERIES..

More to this...if you are manipulating notification LED on all these A series without dedicated LED, you are actually leaving you screen ON all the time, but you won't notice because of the AMOLED display, all you see is the improvised LED, thus, consuming battery due to screen on time.

I noticed this while using Notifybuddy and AMOLED for notifications, then i had to stop using them.

AMOLED Screens don't light up like LCDs,only the specific individual pixels needed for illumination,lights up..

Congratulations but I'm still obese with xiomi. One thing I hate about Samsung is the battery lagging issue. I have use lot of Samsung and notice that Samsung users go with their chargers just the way we go about with slipper on our let legs. At first the battery will cool but as time goes on poor hit everywhere. Samsung is not for heavy phone users that's the obvious truth.

Most of the said Samsung phones are UK used devices,can you blame a TWO YEAR used phone if the battery starts acting up?
