It's very easy, just boil the Ukwa seed with water till it's soft, you might want to add potash or palm ash to soften it quicker.
Then for the other one, separate the liquid from the seeds then add ogiri, salt, pepper, palm oil and a little of the liquid then combine and it's ready

I just can't explain the joy that comes with Ukwa, especially after adding enough pepper and ogiri
