I don suffer in the hands of Ntel... I am into online business, i don put money inside my acct to active. After activating 1k for 12g last week, i check my acct to see 3g left same day. Until this moment no network, no signal no nothing..

Any alternative network to use that is encouraging and cheap.

Those people are really confused. I just checked my data balance and it has increased by 500MB. I'd be going back to my 9mobile once I exhaut this one, at least I can manage my 10gb for 2k with peace of mind.

Ntel zapping no be here oo, MTN still dey learn work. I subscribed yesterday but have only used about 400mb but these people have removed over 1gb for my data. I just dey vex now

I still remember one evening I was chilling with my guys back in my hostel, then some SARS guys entered. We offered them drinks but they refused and even chatted with us a little. About 5 minutes later, they left and came back with more guys and started going room to room seizing people's phones and laptop. We prevented from leaving with the items by closing the gate and na there wahala come start; they said would shoot us and nothing would happen, just imagine shooting unarmed students. Last last they hit one of my guys with a gun and broke his leg and seized the two remaining bottles of Mc Dowells that we had. We still had to bail the laptops with 5k each the next day, I just hate this country.

From the screenshot, it can be seen that the MIFI is detecting the ntel network. Another problem can be the network settings of the device. Make sure mobile connection is enabled.

Were you able to fix the signal issue, I have the same type of problem and my mifi won't even show the connect button.

There is network access. The issue with Ntel is that you have to manually input the Ntel apn to get access.

Just go to your modem settings and input the Ntel apn setting to be able to browse with the modem.

I have the same problem with the guy above and setting the APN doesn't make it work. I just bought the mifi yesterday because I sold my phone and the issue is really driving me mad.

My wedding day is July 7th so I ordered for a wedding suit on JUMIA onJune 11th 2018 which I paid for with my Mastercard online since the item doesn't have pay on delivery so I opt for online payment. the suit was suppose to be delivered on July 2 2018. I got another message again that will I go for refund I said yes so that I can buy at market. I get another message from another person again from them that my refund will take three business day which is Monday. Please Nigerians have use all my money on other expenses am left stranded now, I feel like commiting suicide. My Friend bought the Tecno Phonepad 2, after few months of use, half of the screen stopped working. He took the phone to Carlcare since it was still under warranty but they kept telling him to check back later because the parts weren't available. This continued till the phone went of warranty and they asked him to pay 23k to fix just the digitizer. It was finally fixed by a road side technician for just 3k.
