When you get here. You should apply through your borough admission portal. You will likely be ask evidence that you just arrive the country. Make sure all your kids get admitted in to same primary school. If any school can not take all the kids. Kindly decline their offer and wait for school that will offer all the kids a place.

I am really worried about the fact you have overstay before.

The PhD study too, is very expensive and the money to keep in account is too huge for us ATM.

Pls on the application they asked for landlord details, name, address and phone number and when I moved to this city it was my relatives who helped secured and rented the place my name was not on the contract. I don’t know who else has similar issues and I don’t know if that’s gonna be an issue.

Choose the option that says others. In the box put live with relative. That way, you will not need to provide landlord information

I need your assistance on what to do on name wrongly spelt on my dependants passport while birth certificate carries the original spellings. Its khole on passport instead of khloe whch is the right spelling and what she has on her birth certicate.
I already paid for appointment before noticing this error. In such a case what do I do?

I am afraid, you may have to cancel/withdraw the visa application and look for a way to resolve that issue with either immigration or Nigeria Population commission for the correction of name on birth certificate to match with the name on passport. If I am in your situation, I will purse birth certificate correction because that is faster but if you have the patience, resources and contact. You can correct it on Passport.

Passport, Your offer letter, POF, original tb certificate. Know your sponsor name, the type of job and the area you will be staying off hand.

It’s not same for everyone. It depends on the border officer. I will advise you not to touch the pof account till you pass the border officer at the airport in the Uk. Also, have the print out handy with every other document as you land in the Uk.

Your employer has fvcked up ..You are not new entrant and he selected Yes for new entrant......that's why ECO is asking you to prove paragraph 2 & 3 .....because care work sponsors don't have licence to bring in a new entrant candidate because their job code is different....

Tell ur employer new entrant does not mean someone that wants to enter UK for first time....it means the applicant must be under the age of 26 on the date of application and
the job codes are 2111, 2112, 2113, 2114, 2119 2311 ...


Still the ECO is on Columbian cocaine....the explanation is very poor because it's clear your sponsor made a mistake

Exactly. When NHS asked for naija police clearance, I simple gave them the one that I did in 2021 when I newly arrived UK and the HR accepted it. The DBS carries more weight I believe.

It doesn't work for everything. I did this after arguing my case with prison vetting team. My vetting was rejected after 90 days.I have to start all over again now.

Dbs is not up to £60 but some employers collect dbs fee from applicants. It’s wise to do the update service so you don’t have to do another dbs every year.
