Hello house,

The big challenge here is I haven't recieved my passports back and my enrollment deadline is on Monday 9 April. What can I do as regards this because I have mailed the embassy with no response yet. I even called their phone number to no avail still. What else do u reckon I can do

If you are above 30..register with a private insurance coy...(there are a lot if you Google it) and request for an exemption letter from either Aok, Tk etc..

Or

You could insure yourself using the voluntary contribution

But I will advice you to seek the opinion of the admission dept of your school..

Gurus in the house..I leave it to you..

Thank you Hourableseyi...You have indeed been a great help. smiley smiley smiley

honourableseyi:

Contact one of the German public insurance companies (AOK, Bermagek and so on and request for a letter of exemption). Your school should also give you till when you come in before submitting the letter, if otherwise, just contact one of the above insurance companies. Note: You can only get the letter from public insurance and not private. Shalom

hello Gurus in the house,

Please i need some pointers,

I am currently processing my enrollment and in dire need of an appropriate student health insurance.(i have less than 10 days to finalise this). The private health insurance i submitted wasn't acceptable and the school suggested AOK and TK.. The big or rather confusing twist is that, i will be 30 this april, Can't apply for the statutory health isurance for more than one semester (sigh)...Vountary health insurance contribution is a killer...Can i apply for an exemption (hope no negative implications in the future) or just go ahead with the one semester health insurance..

I'll appreciate a prompt and honest response.

4. The applicants valid ID will be required

5. The students valid ID card will also be required****IF YOU DON'T HAVE THIS ITS FINE

In a case where the student is paying tuition for a second degree program, a copy of the of the first degree certificate will also be required.

Using form A is cheaper sir. Ask your account officer for a good rate/a CBN rate.

Opening a Dorm acc should be your plan B after you've exhausted your the Form A method.

kelvin91:
Gurus please I am asking again .......
Which is advisable or rather better...to use for the funding the account..
Is it to open a " DOMICILARY " account or use a " FORM A"...........

BabaEuro:

Bros apply for enrollment extension to be on a safe side, go ahead and do your interview with the way it is now . Forward the new enrollment date to embassy if your school agrees to extend it.

One courier is needed.

Thank you Sir

It is a small city in the state of Brandeburg and close to Poland. The beauty of the city is its closeness to Berlin which is around 1hr to Berlin, thus will help hustling side of it since your semester ticket covers the whole of Berlin. Shalom

[quote author=BabaEuro post=63479486] Be on the look out every minute, seconds and hours. Let the visa appointment booking site be your friend for now. Before you eat look at the site first, before you drink water look at the site first, before taking your bath look at the site first. Always ensure your phone battery doesn't run down. When you do this, someone can cancel his/her appointment and you will jump at it. I believe between now and Sunday midnight other dates in February will be opened. Best of luck.

Sir, Your advice was godsent.. because it was at that moment I decided to check the website and I got a perfect date for my booking...and it was just this afternoon (considering the vigils and ...)....Thank you for your candid advise..

Hello everyone.. please can anyone help me answer this questions: Am considering a Msc degree in Mgt&inform for summer and most schools I see via daad requires uni-assit. My questions are;
1. can I still make the summer admission if I send my documents thru uni-assit for verification considering it should have been sent ahead of Summer admission?
2. Can my friend in Finland help pay for uni-assit if yes to above question?
2. Are there schools I can apply to without uni-assit, believe me sir and ma..I have searched extensively in my own little way..?
Thanks for the opportunity.
