Music/RadioRe: Illbliss Highly Anticipated Album Finally Drops!! by dasa: 1:56am On May 24, 2009
19 tracks. wow. dats hard work. but in my opinion. unecessary. in the nigerian industry, u only need one or two very hot songs to sell the album.
he shud have dropped half, then 8 months later drop the other half as volume 2, or a mixtape, or even another album. with the same material, create interest twice, since he has recorded so much.

people will listen to 3 to 4 tracks and shun the rest. its too much value for a N100 CD.
just my opinion sha.

wish illbliss the best.
PoliticsRe: Abuja’s 10-lane Road Project To Gulp N257bn[$1.7BN] by dasa: 1:13am On May 24, 2009
Which kind country i from like this sef. eye service governent. they are doing this so when oyinbos come they'll say the country is developed. everything is ABuja. the city is costing us so much and deos not contribute anything.

Benin-ore road serves the economy greatly and u cant pass there till now. i drove from PH to Lagos and i had to change my shocks.

One day God will remove these non nigerians that are ruling us. if they where Nigerians they'll do whats is best for her.
PoliticsRe: All Niger Delta Militants Are Armed Robbers - Why Dont They Do Suicide Bombing? by dasa: 12:17am On May 22, 2009
the nigerdeltan was ones seen as weak and stupid by the rest of nigeria. Now he is called a criminal and a militant. No longer a fool.

The north and west never tot they'll see a day when the nigerdeltan will stand up for his right.

Someone said the oil belongs to all nigerians. I agree. All other nigerians except the owners.

There is a major shell location in my village in rivers state and we do not have any road. We park in a nearby town and hire a boat.  one less than third main land will do, but no way. The oil belongs to all other nigerians.

Yes our governors are foolish thieves. Enriching themselves in association with other nigerians. They are our internal enemies. They can no longer spend their loot openly as they and their kids will be kidnapped if they come out. That is a start.

The militants have to buy ammo so they bunker and kidnap. Common thieves from within and other regions have hijacked it and kidnap anyone including kids. Its less risk than robbing a bank.

When this is all over, no one will dear neglect us. We still have many years of oil and an untold gas reserve.

our fathers cudnt do it. So our generation did, so our children will live like the royals they are.

I am happy Cocoa and groundnut are still cash crops and the soil elsewhere is still fertile. No other region deserves to go thru what we have gone tru.
BusinessRe: Ghanaians Fear Nigerian Domination Of Economy –minister by dasa: 6:23pm On May 21, 2009

the reality is, Nigeria is slowly colonising Ghana.
PoliticsRe: War In Niger Delta: Mend Threatens Northerners In Oil Industry by dasa: 5:48pm On May 21, 2009
firstly, something caused this. Injustice and the none developement of nigerdelta. The people grouped and are resisting. Criminals will get it, dats war for u.

Two important facts all shud get clearly.
1. No militant group can match nigerian military.
2. Nigeria/FG cannot win the war. They may win battles. But not the war, and this is why.
Nigeria lives on oil. And all the oil installations are in niger delta. Its not possible to put one soldier for every meter of pipeline. Only one grinade in a major vessel and nigeria will not export for weeks. The economy will stop.
i dont surpport violence, but u can only negotiate effectively if you have the ability to fight. Else, all ur concerns will be thrown out.

InvestmentRe: Need Investment Ideas: by dasa: 6:23pm On May 19, 2009
@YD: who will give u 12 to 15% monthly. Its 9 to 11% per annum. If u lock you 3million for 12months, they'll give you 300K. If thats good for u, go ahead. For me dats too slow.

i'll go with the idea, that u slow down and think. Give it 2months. U'll have your answer by then.

u want to pay someone who lives on the island 50K a month. Get serious. U'll mostly find people that will take that on the mainland.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: A Sad News From Zain by dasa: 1:33pm On May 13, 2009
it has nothing to do with the meltdown. Its a move to maximise profit. Zain still makes billions monthly. The arab owners are directly incharge now, and they are doing wat they want with their company.
I have always said that there is no such thing as job security.

If u have a job, use your salary to start a business. Thats the only security u have.

BusinessWhat Should I Sell by dasa(op): 2:12pm On May 05, 2009
hello guys,

I want to go into importation of items and sale through partner shops.

I am starting small.
I have experimented with marks and spencers underwears and pamper. They went fairly well.

I want to build a list of easy to sell items that are i can add to my inventory so i can spread risk.

Will appreciate suggestions. I am looking at things u can find in supermarkets and shops. Necessary things that are not readily available.

Thanks in advance for your reponse.

@informant9. 150k daily?, have u ever been in a studio? if someone pays him 150k for a beat its by mistake and u think its daily. dont believe the hype, only very few naija artistes have money. they can spend their last cash on a good shirt and go hungry, to match the persona.

abeg free the guy.
he is an adult. he has friends and family that will talk to him.

u be drug dealer? u know the price in different places, hmmm. NDLEA,

this topic no make sense at all. just cos he is very energetic and smoke weed does not mean he is hooked on drugs.
please say what dbanj is hooked on? grin

dont stress urself, he knows what he is doing.
4 things that sell urban music: money, sex, drugs, violence.
CareerRe: I'm So Frustrated, Please, I Need Advice From You All. by dasa: 11:16pm On Apr 30, 2009
@poster: start a business. start one based on something you love, your hubby.

i started a business immediately after university. i made a fair amount monthly , but the important thing is the experience and contacts. something small that is easy to start and will keep your mind busy in a creative way while u search for a job.

i decided to get a job and go corporate for a while to learn and boost my profile. i now realize its business i should be doing fully. so i am planning for my exit.

start something in the meantime. u might just realize u r an employer not an employee.
Music/RadioRe: Terry G Is On Drugs!?? by dasa: 9:13pm On Apr 30, 2009
