Try to be conversant? Lmao... IBEJU area is a disaster waiting to happen. There is little to no road in that axis. By the time the logistics problems starts, the value of property will drop just like apapa area. Back in the days apapa Gra was where the creme de la creme use to stay now its a hub of traffic mismanagement. The earlier they start the rail the better. The amount of commercial activity coming to that axis will overwhelm all the infrastructure in place which is even already not enough for current inhabitants in that environ. I have been in an 8hr traffic just from ikate to chevron so now imagine throwing a large amount of trucks and trailers in that mix...its scary....

Well seems im right of u not being conversant of that route afterall cuz if you do u'll know there are route leading to ondo and the southeast (different route) from here and there's a rail line been propose already, i know this cuz i got folks working @ the survey general office

Lekki is different from Ibeju-Lekki. It's like you don't know Lagos. You must be living outside Lagos. Go to FTZ area, the local population there has exploded massively. Go around 6pm on a working days and you might mistake the area for Oshodi or Idumota in terms of crowd movement. Sensible people are already living there and more will still join. And FYI, expatriates are already living in those places. Dangote Refinery staff quarters is at Abijo GRA. Chevron is already building their own there. There is also Eleko Beach, a very cool spot for foreigners, you will see them there and other private beaches around that axis. I was in FTZ a couple times last month, expatriates are working in all those places, many of them own huge investments there.

. Well i dont know if i got the km right though but those projects (refinery, lekki deep sea port, lekki free trade zone, lagos free trade zone etc.) are situated under ibeju/lekki local government while your eko atlantic is under lagos island local government
