Well if u are familiar with most of the land in this axis (lacampagne) directly from the family you'll know it the buyer that does that bringing his surveyor to chart up the land and making sure the land doesn't fall under government aquisition (which is what most Realtors around here do) then the buyer proceed to make payment to the family before embarking on getting any Title on the land. P.S: I only sell land that belongs to family as their land agent. Thank you
