Ok. Well thanks for your knowledgeable input Bro and no i didn't purchase any land here as i'm one of the Locals around here double as an Agent. Oh yes we knew most of the land around here has been Maps out by the governments(cuz i got a friend working in the surveyor general office in Alausa) but i think most of our client are being clever as well as they normally come with their surveyor to chat the land before proceeding to make any payment while some after discovering it a government land (not all the land belong to the goverment though) will still proceed to make payment banking strong on 'Ratification'.
