As far as I know, noobody and I started touting to let a lot of people enjoy the sweetness of Naomi, shortly after we tasted it. Thanks to Grandmufti.

Meanwhile there were pure bizmen and women around then, getting xiaomi for people at about twice the aliexpress costs (I won't mention names). Anyone that couldn't afford their prices and couldn't do the aliexpress ordering and waits themselves must bid Xiaomi bye.


I remember noobody would use his money to land stuffs then, and sell at the exact landing costs even delivering to buyers houses or offices (within Lagos). Then came the card payment restriction of $100 per card per month and crazy forex rates that recession heralded. To purchase then, $$ must be accumulated for months.
The practice of giving people items at landing costs was shortlived because most buyers thought we were gaining and thus expected real buyers' treats
Profits were incorporated into prices, to make the "sellers' treats " being doled at us worth it.

With the above practices, the number of pages on this thread increased exponentially within short period of these early toutings. More poeople were given the opportunities to taste Xiaomi, touting was yielding.

Price lists surfaced and all. Some members rose against ads which of course was apt but some others examined the effects of touting on the thread. Who will discuss xiaomi if the products are difficult to access. We were given 1 ad per page grace.
As the users base grew, it became biz for touts and we started treating it as one.

The ref point now is that, some of us did not enter this thread for biz. We came as users, identified probs that touting solved unlike u that came with pure bizmen minds.
And that's why desperation can't be said of the early touts here. The earlier pure bizmen left the circle when "our" activities werent friendly to their biz. Any person who wants his ads to feature on all pages can buy ad pages from NL. There are paid ads

To me, i dont think Diportivo is totally at fault. If Dipo decided to go all the way in returning to factory specs, i beleive say Uncle for no gree because of the price rate. Recollect that he has had a little bit of resevation for Dipo fixing his car(oyinbo speaking mechanic). Besides, we dont even know if Uncle eventually paid the 80k wey him been owe Dipo....
