My answer to your foolish statement is this, when you asked the nigerian army to go and sit to learn in a classroom from the united states CTU, did it even occur to you that the CTU is a simple work of fiction, and that nothing like that exists?. And if you watched your movie well or if you have a brain enough to understand the film you got the CTU idea from, you should know that the CTU in the movie is restricted to domestic terror threats and since the terrain and operational theater in America is different from that of NE Nigeria our men cannot just go there and start learning what they cant apply here in NE Nigeria.
