President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered a forensic audit of the operations of the Niger Delta Development Commission from 2001 to 2019. The decision followed persistent criticisms of the operations of the commission. A statement bythe Special Adviser (Media and Publicity),Femi Adesina, said Buhari gave the directive after receiving governors of the states that make up the NCDC, led by Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State.
The President said what was presently on ground in the South-South region did not justify the huge resources that had been made available to the agency.

He said, “I try to follow the Act setting up these institutions especially the NDDC. With the amount of money that the
Federal Government has religiously allocated to the NDDC, we will like to see the results on the ground; those that are
responsible for that have to explain certain issues.

“The projects said to have been done must be veri�able. You just cannot say you spent so much billions and when the
place is visited, one cannot see the structures that have been . Buhari admitted that developing the Niger Delta area
required enormous resources compared to other parts of the country with Similer lands.
“I am acutely aware, with my experience, that projects in your area are very expensive; that is why if any job is given, we
must make sure that the company is competent and has the capacity to do it well with experienced consultants”, he said.
Buhari however said that he would wait for the report of the audit before deciding on the next line of action regarding the
organisation.

how can we produce enough if we dont close the border? Its like the question of the chicken or the egg, which comes first?

Moreover, the border closure has nothing to do with banning rice. Rice has been banned for long. its only smugglers that are having a field day smuggling it in. Moreso once the smuggling continue people would not be serious in increasing the cultivation because there wont be the demand fot it.

My mum retired since July last year and she has still not been paid, no insurance payment, no pension payment, nothing.

it is only those that contributed that will benefit from it. ít is a contributory pension. Most state worker that their state did not join the contributory pension scheme wíll continue to suffer to access their pension but once they can key into this system it becomes easier.

May I say that I actually experienced this and still exhibit some of these attributes at times because it's actually inherent.

I've also discovered that those times I take things too personal are when I don't get enough sleep. That's why I strive as much as possible to get enough sleep so as to improve my relationship with people on a daily basis.

* I forgive and forget

When I'm very angry, I literally lose my voice and composure. When I mean I lose my voice, I become dumb. I developed a special defense mechanism... A special type of smile I use to disarm people and make them look stupid. That way it puts me on the advantage when it comes to argument .

Always accomodate people's opinions. It helps to reduce the strain your brain undergoes trying to impose your opinion. If you want to make your opinion more impacting without trying to sound autocratic, always begin by saying..."I agree with you", "you are making a lot of sense", "yea... that's true". Then you add... "But then I still think it would have been better if ...." or, " But the point is, even if....

When I enter a gathering and I want to join the discussion/argument, I first start by smiling and agreeing with everyone's opinion. Saying things like, "That's true, yes yes, Are you serious? Wow, Hahahaha, you don't mean it, " just agree with everyone while still smiling. This I trick is very effective that everyone will actually be looking at you for validation that it would seem that all attention is on you. This is when everyone will be dying to hear your opinion. Then you start by finding a tiny hole in someone's opinion and diplomatically pointing it out... like... "But don't you think if you did it this way that this will happen?" Then he tries to explain himself while yoy keep an interested face, looking at him in the eyes and nodding your head...

I have used Toyota Avensis, my brother it was a terrible experience

Avensis is actually a strong ,solid car. Maybe your mechanic hav shown you so much pepper to have that mind set. It might be slightly more expensive than corolla because its an european nameplate. You will not find in most American or canadian car auction sites

I have used the 2000 model avensis for 3years and my younger one is still using same car for like four years now. I have enjoyed every moment i used that car. I only have to change it to avensis verso to accomodate family.

Toyota stopped the production of Carina and it's linage officially continued as Avensis in Korea Japan in 1999 after the 3rd model of Carina known as Carina3 was created which sold loudly during it's time. The body builts of Carina3 and Avensis 1999 are similar in linings and curves. Toyota brands which ends with the suffix "SIS" are built in Korea Japan.
