For tinubu inauguration, even some state choir and then Blinken suddenly started to defend Nigeria... Africom general is coming, the same us that didn't want to congratulate tinubu in the first instance. Something Sus is going on

You have egypt , morocco, tunisia as Major non-NATO ally in africa
Either you're part or you're not... The rest is sugar-coating. If they really love Africa and want an African presence, the best gesture is to add an African nation to NATO.

A "giant of Africa" must ALWAYS have a functional and dynamic diplomacy. Especially with a country that has been a passage for Nigerians travelling to mecca for 300years & thousands of Nigerian students.
Every European country can land in Sudan and pick up their citizens but the "giant" cannot?
Nigeria is next door to sudan after Chad; how is that far?

Nigeria salvaging chad & Nigerhuhhuh😆 lol lol You must have been on holiday these past 13 years buddy...
Benin is supposed to be Nigeria's 37th state. If u can't quench a fast developing Jihadi problem next door, then u deserve whatever conflict that spills over into your country.

Nigeria's problem is corruption and gross incompetence...simple
You have a point, but my point still stands; we have our hands full with chad and Niger which is quite large in landmass and due to our police incompetence, our army is strained with local checkpoints etc. on Sudan, I don't know our reasons but they had to take them to Saudi and evacuate them. On Kenya, it bordered Sudan before they cut into two; so they had some extent of diplomatic relations with them. Then the west, they have an arsenal of bases in Djibouti not considering chad and Niger etc that are french colonies from a pov

Spanish armed forces landed 3 A400Ms and 2 VAMTAC ST-5 on the runway at Wadi Seidna military airbase in Khartoum during the evacuation of their citizens from Sudan.

Even Kenya evacuated with their C130 but the GIANT of Africa's military Cannot even shake a leaf...

No wonder Benin republic saw the weakness and decided to invite Rwanda to fight sahel militants at Nigeria's borders... lol
Kenya is very close to Sudan, hence why they can send a c130 straight off on a flight but Nigeria is too far from Sudan and our diplomatic relationship isn't that tight, which is why we are taking them by buses to Egypt first before a flight to Nigeria. On benin, army hands is quite full for some countries that can't take care of themselves. We are salvaging Chad, Niger asses daily with their enormous lands with our nation's present insecurities.

Most Operation in Sudan now will probably involve dealing with separate parties in either the RSF or the Army. The French embassy probably served as intermediaries.
Everyone on Sudan, me on djibouti with it being a playground for bases. How many military bases are therehuh... Everyone wants a bit of the snack, that's to show how important djibouti is and why is AU not using to it's advantage for Africa profiting.

All SA govt info is available here: www.gov.za
Original sources prevent all of us making arses of ourselves by quoting 2nd hand info.
Just a suggestion.
I know they aren't leaving, if not CNN and the rest will carry it. Just wanted to confirm if anc made such suggestions in the congress or so, even Nigerian congress makes arse suggestions sometimes. How do you know the difference between international legion and us instructors. The difference between wagner and other pmcs is that theirs was successful

When did the US deny Wikileaks reports?

The guy who leaked the report had access to top secret classified documents. It's not too difficult to have such clearance so long as you work within intelligence, cyber etc. Clearance doesn't mean you get to see every document, but rather those relevant to your job.
This your statement over justified my point. Jack Teixeira was an IT technician with a junior rank of airman 1st class. My point is that, something of that caliber can only be leaked if they allowed it. All those jack is just cock and bull for the masses

Eritiea is Russia's strongest Ally in Africa and Wagner's main base. You know what else, Eritiea supports RSF in Sudan and the TPLF. Two elements that have led to two wars under two years.
Russia's ambassador was complaining that the Sudanese army does not want to negotiate with the RSF. Why is he so bothered about the fate of the RSF?

Now I'm not saying Russia even supported the TPLF or did not. The thing with these wars is that the attitude of blaming foreign countries is a cowardly act. No country has a moral obligation to intervene in civil disputes in another country.

Secondly it is usually 95% the fault of the local belligerents that there is a war and foriegn countries are involved. These countries are usually very divided within. So to gain the military upper hand, these factions then go ahead to lobby and invite powerful countries with incentives such as military bases ( in the case of RSF and Russia) or a commitment to fight ISIS ( like in the case of the US and Syrian rebels). You wouldn't see external factors if there is no form of deal/agreement between a local faction and the foreign country.

I just wanted to draw attention to the fact that the political influence of Russia in Sudan is also a factor and were it to be the US, all hell would break loose on the internet.
On Wagner, that Prizogin guy smells like pure evil. Though his PMC has proved their capabilities. Great usa scared of a PMC influence. But I get your point

When assange and the wiki leaks released theirs... They denied it with all their power. Pure psy-ops, even the guy in question that led the leak; how's someone of his stature and level able to get his hands on documents of that value......

But an aljazeera reporter referenced that at one point the EU supported the RSF as part of a program to stop migrants from crossing through Sudan on their way to Europe

BORDER CONTROL FROM HELL
The research paper was written by reliefweb https://reliefweb.int/report/sudan/border-control-hell-how-eus-migration-partnership-legitimizes-sudans-militia-state

https://reliefweb.int/attachments/0e6a1270-481d-36d1-9e28-7b81460125a9/BorderControl_April2017_Enough_Finals.pdf

This part especially
By “building the capacity” of Sudan’s newly minted border force with funding and training, the EU would not only be strengthening the hand of the RSF but also could find itself underwriting a complex system of a “militia state” that Sudan has evolved into since the current regime came to power in 1989

I'm not trying to defend Russia here, I guess I'm experiencing some king of Dejavu based on a journal I was reading a couple of weeks ago, of what happened in Afghanistan with Russia and US involvement and what eventually led to the rise on war on Terror on a scale never seen before in the world... I think in a place where both Russia and US/NATO is involved, nothing good will come of it, it doesn't matter who is on the right side... There is a Swahili saying that basically translates to, "Two bulls cannot stay/live in the same barn"
Leave them, they are doing the blaming game. Purely blame Egypt here, can't even handle her region well. Eritea, Ethiopia and Sudan been in messes lately

You always argue before checking the facts.

And I won't spend my time lecturing you on this one.
For South-east Asia:
https://www.dw.com/en/why-southeast-asia-continues-to-buy-russian-weapons/a-61364950

We haven't talked about India and China {biggest military spenders in Asia and biggest economies in Asia}.
So I ask again, is Asia only Japan and south-korea and phillipines.

Europe is more than sufficient to sustain itself military-wise, they buy due to "allies" reason. If you have said Eastern Europe, I would have agreed completely with you; even that is shaky, because they themselves don't spend much on military.
