Danielnino00: It means the same thing in football.. To say Pulisic singlehandedly helped Chelsea finish 4th means that the goals Tammy,Giroud,Willian, etc scored were of no importance.. We can even say Kepa single-handedly made Chelsea finish 4th, just from behind. Those goals no be here. But that would be an insult to Rudiger, Zouma, Azpili, Christensen. And insult from behind, double reference. |

TheGoodJoe: I think that intensity in his play is what manu miss. I am blown away any time i watch Richarlison take those runs round the pitch.
However, I will like to see what Ancelotti will do with respect to directing his forward play and increasing his conversion rate. Because, sometimes Richarlison can be all over the place. That work rate is stunning. He'd make a perfect attack partner for Vardy if he was at Leicester. And then even have less defending to do again. Meaning, more goals involvement. |

Edopesin: While Richarlison has great work rate, his defensive actions are not needed in a team that press. Asides Kovacic, I don't think any other player was more involved in counter attack buildup than Pulisic for Chelsea last season
As a forward Pulisic is a better player Not needed? How? Even Ancelotti was once seen beckoning to him where to stay while defending. So its definitely needed. |

enomakos: our boys are so lazy and lack ambition, it is just about the money I use to bash Mikel daily when he was at Chelsea for not learning even freekick for this team mates that were expert at it Its worrisome o. Very. See defenders in EPL stepping up to contest fks with superb freekick takers and they are likely to score more. Not this usual luck fk thing, but part of their technical abilities...... I dunno who needs to sound this bell o. Cos its not good atall. I do study our opponents when SE eants to take a setpiece of freekicks, they don't really bother much. Like they know its no good. SE don't know they study our clips too ni? I hope the new boys change this fading ability. We need it badly. That Mikel own sef.... (hesitates) |

forgiveness: And who told you Pulisic doesn't have these attributes? Pulisic doesn't even defend like Richarlison. Yet Richarlison can recover so fast to be in an attacking position that Pulisic would be before a counter and still impact the attack. Numberd favour Pulisic tho. But better? Naaaah |

R2bees: Arsenal U21 vs Ipswich Town EFL trophy.. 8 Nigerians in the Arsenal squad.. 8! My club can so develop naija players born abroad ehn. I'm still here wondering why no home grown naija players has been successful since Kanu. What's happening? Iwobi isnt home grown. So that kick him out. This isnt good news. So its easier for a homegrown Nigerian player, by this revelation to break into both Chelsea and Man Utd than Liverpool and Arsenal! Its been years. |

Omanambala: Even before he played for the national team Etebor was an attacker with Warri Wolves and scored tons of goals. Have you noticed he is always erratic and error prone in the midfield. He is an attacker naija coaches and the if you wantu be a pro, then get ready to play anywhere anyday. Its inevitable. I think they balance this stance, cos its killing loads of talents for me. Some european coaches do it too. And it backfires. The fact that it has a few success here and there has made it seem like one kine blessing for a naija upcoming pro. |

Ceballos cannot be benched.
Xhaka can, if Partey comes.
Ceb and Ozil can partner Partey in midfield.
Partey can make life easier for ozil and Ceb than Xhaka can. But one thing about Xhaka is that unbeaten streak. He also gingers the team. Partey has good passes too. Rarely gives a bad pass. |
