Christianity Etc › Re: 5 Spiritual Benefits Of Fasting Based On My Own Personal Experience by daveP(m): 4:17pm On Aug 16, 2020
Exmilitant:
I just understand that christians are more militant in guarding their beliefs than the moslems. Some are wishing evil on me because i said i don't fast! Some denominations in christiandom like the Jehovah's Witness do not fast. What do you guys have to say? Must one fast in order to get something? Why is fasting done only when problem is around? A WAEC candidate told me she was in a 3days fasting because of her exams! Imagine. If you have conditioned your mind to belief you must starve yourself for some days to ward off misfortune so be it. Don't judge or condemn others or try to shove your belief on them. Stay on your lane. There are many paths to GOD!!!
Another big profound lie!!! State facts rather than stale gist. Refute factually instead of mere propaganda. God bless your ministry.

I have never fasted in my fucking whole life and i'm perfectly okay financially, spiritually and phisically! Can you explain that?
I'd have gone the low route, but i know you just exaggerated enormously...

Key blunder:perfectly okay!!

That alone exposed you.

prayer is the key but fasting strengthens the prayers because some prayers are just weak
I'd have said you're saying what i said from reverse mode, but for strengthening part.... Naaaah. Prayers are not weak. People's faith are.

Fasting just subjects the body to a Sobriety. Together, they are very very effective as Christ said.

Individually in comparism, Prayer is effective alone than just fasting alone.

Together, very effective. That's my whole point so far. Gracias.

Fasting is just a spiritual excercise

Both good, bad and ugly do it when tuning in to subject the flesh for a spiritual journey. Its the prayers that is key in the Christian Walk.

I rooted for City or Bayern. But City out

Now revelations

Pep's transfer spend:

€383m at Barça (4 seasons)
€204.4m at Bayern (3 seasons)
€841.1m at MCFC (4 seasons)

Total = €1.429 BILLION in 11 seasons

As of now, Pep since 2011 has spent €1.105 BILLION with Barça, Bayern & Man City without winning a Champions League! #UCL https:///Jvt4ICO0gz

Barca no get bench this season normally

But we are comming back stronger okay

Messi won’t play forever ok
That stronger go tey... Its gonna be hard starting a new style without Messi ever again. AC milan lost world class defenders and gk and till date.... Dem wan try comeback sha. Naso barca own be

Puyol
Xavi
Iniesta
Eto

Still not replaced yet. Till then.... Stronger is unavailable till further notice. They can employ Simeone tho, to bring in some defensive pattern for 2years and then get a new top coach to balance the return.

For now

Project Barca Without Messi is gonna teeeyyyyy.

And it feels strange sha for a Barca fan to use Madrid to give some hanging on onto the laliga prowess argument. E never reach tha level na.

I wish my darling super eagles could play like this Bayern side. Such a delight to watch.....Fear no one, beat everyone.
We'll need 4 key players to do just that

A Manuel Neur kinda GK

An Alphonso Davies that's so pacy and don't need any advice from any coach before knowing whether to go forward and attack or single-handedly bottle up world class attackers

A Thomas Muller that will disappear at the right time, and appear outta nowhere at the right time. That guy would get triple hype if he was in EPL. But of course, the German machine has what many epl players don't have.....

And finally

A Robert Lewandoski

Good with both head and feet and positioning. He doesnt really need to be told how to attack. So experience and banking on any fellow player to just deliver a cross or pass is okay.

For now......... E be like we get

Half Neuer

Half Alphonso

1/3 Muller

1/3 Lewandoski

Till then.....

Our Wingers are hot tho...

Am not siding Setien but you want dembele to start abi ?

Okay ooo
Irrespective, Barca is done!

That bench alone is a big disgrace and disrespect to Bayern as a UCL powerhouse. Very funny names. Im no Chelsea fan, but Chelsea has a better bench vs Bayern than Barca.

We once used the argument that cos Barca and Madrid do skin epl powerhouses, then their league is the best, etc.

Well that argument should tilt onto Bundesliga, don't you think? Parallel application!!

Lol

Let Messi join VicMo and Lukaku and retire jare. 3more years IMO. Esp as this WC dey come sef.

Poch will probably need 600m over 3seasons to rebuild Barca if he gets the job.

Simeone has probably been coaching for more than 11 years cheesy

He is not one of the best young strikers, you could be right, but I think he is.

But then holding on to the term striker, who is better than him currently , do you think❓

I was very impressed with another dimension to Tega game yesterday, which was, blistering pace. I know that he is very technically astute so he doesn't always use pace.

Buy yesterday he was pressing the Bayern backline with real pace very good hold up and link up play.

Unfortunately the Chelsea defence is badly organised the defenders are not particularly bad just not organised. As a result they make silly errors.

Then Barkley hugs the ball too much and does not release the ball.
perhaps i watched back of tv. Perhaps. Lemme just accept i did.

Pls, there's an Arsenal Thread in Sport's section. Just enter, there, and drop your opinion.

Liverpool screamer?

Besides did you watch 80% of Arsenal games to start with? And for Willock, you watched all games he featured in too?

Smh. I'd rather hype Saka instead.

The renowned Dr Kolade

Very popular among lots of NPFL
and NNL footballers for helping them recover faster from threatening injuries. And he is the reason loads of them travel to Lagos.

As sweet as it sounds, its further revealing the rot in the medical aspect of football clubs in Nigeria.

A top club cannot boast of a physio!!??

Na bungalow clinic staff dem go employ.
Thus the death of that young man months ago.

Before this league resumes, i think its Mandatory for clubs to just have some unavoidable structure in place. At all cost.

No sensible arsenal faithful, myself inclusive, will rate Willock high, even to downgrade Iwobi. Just stop!

Iwobi is by far, a more technical and better chance creator than Willock.
