Iheanacho , Maharez and Vardy didn't play together .... i think something was wrong about their cohesion, not until the coach removed Nacho .....
Nigerian players have always been around players that were selfish since 2000. Adriano and Martins... etc.

Mahrez own too much. He seems to want to take risks than being asked to. Nacho and Mahrez can play together to me, and the game wouldn't ruin.

Guys I just gotta say that Iwobi is real class. The way he romances the ball and all.... This kid is gonna be a super clsss act for years to come.

And in this first half, e be like say Cech and Iheanacho get quarrel before. Nacho wan kill am with shots bikonu.... Na wa!

Iheanacho is in beast mode but not at peak beast mode level yet even..... He's truly on fire.
Iwobi played better today, but I now know it's a problem with players at Arsenal that were quickly brought to the main squad, and that's their shooting accuracy.... Bellerin, Iwobi, Holding, Chambers, Niles. They have poor shooting. Nacho too showed some stupid decisions with his shots, but by the selfish way mahrez played, I'll not blame him much. I hope for a good outing for Nigeria so he leaves Leicester. Enough of blue.

Then, that fact that he's younger than Iwobi? Naa grin

That would be sweet. Defensively though, Ndidi and Mikel may fall back leaving Moses and Iwobi upfront, they have the counter attack blood. But loopholes will still exist
Christianity Etc › Re: 7 Reasons Why Every Believer Should Speak In Tongues - Kenneth E Hagin by daveP(m): 6:49pm On May 06, 2018
LogoDWhiz:
Well, speaking in tongues is not meant to be understood.. That's my point...
Once you can understand it or someone else can, it is no longer speaking in tongues except you are prophesying which is the interpretation of tongues...
Or a miracle...
That@boldened is actually where I love to stand with anyone or pastor, etc and slug it out with. But I don't need to now....

Few cities all over the world have the record of having almost all tongues coming to that city cos of trade. Jerusalem was such a city and so, hundreds of traders and believers in Judaism came there to observe and trade, etc. So the timing by the Holy Spirit was exactly perfect. why? cos if those guys weren't there, only God knows what kind of stupid theory haters of the gospel would be raising as regards the speaking of tongues. Now these guys were all present and Pentecost came, and these guys saw, and heard their own mother tongue cos they were present. The description given the disciples were that they were majorly "unlearned men" and this reflected in their mode of dressing(you can know the identity of anyone by the way they dressed those times) So traders that were skilled in at least 3major languages asides their own mother tongue, heard these 120 speaking their language. The description given these 120 was that they were drunk with new wine. and that sparked off the 1st ever salvation preaching by Peter.... who said that was fulfillment of prophecy.

The tongue isn't alien to the planet earth. Cities that have the kind of complexity of languages like Jerusalem had in our present days are New York and the Vatican, Jerusalem also. it's very possible that Africans heard their language that day. Tongues!

If someone understands what the speaker is saying, that's a big blessing to the church. why? cos tongues without interpretation is just for the speaker alone. It was still tongues when these guys heard the 120 speak it that day. so why can't it still be tongues now?

It all boils down to the mistake that tongues is enshrouded in mystery and gibberish, as most ministers continue to keep emphasizing these days.
Christianity Etc › Re: 7 Reasons Why Every Believer Should Speak In Tongues - Kenneth E Hagin by daveP(m):
LogoDWhiz:
They were actually not speaking in tongues there, it was only a miracle. Like a dumb person being able to speak..
Because when you speak in tongues, only the spirit understands no one else should.
So if someone else understands, then it is a sign of miracle..

An example is a British speaker who hasn't heard Yoruba and can't speak it suddenly start to speak Yoruba in a conference. Would you term it as speaking in tongues or a miracle?
Thats not a miracle, it is the miracle, and that is exaxtly where the term "speaking in tongues" generated, originated from. what they did that day is called "speaking in tongues" and yes it's the miracle cos someone that was a Jew was speaking Russians, parthian, Elam languages. I.e the tongues of other tribes with the speaker totalling unable to speak that tongue naturally via hearing or learning. That is the exact meaning of speaking in tongues.

If we want to go back to origin of tongues, we would have to go back to Genesis. That place is one of the greatest turning points in human history, but very much under emphasized. The Trinity came down to confuse them at the Tower of Babel and thus we are where we are. Thus, the day of Pentecost is a remarkable day cos God's spirit that holds the key to all tongues over the world came to give it to believers only... very remarkable. They spoke in another tongue and that's why Paul referred it to "unknown tongue " cos the speaker doesn't know it, not cos the tongue itself is generally alien to planet earth. No!!

I've seen a granny speak Chinese after baptism of the Holy Spirit. Granny never travel far from offa, Kwara all her 80+ years of existence. Only God's Spirit can do that.

All these are just derived from the scriptures and that's why I'm even still holding onto this stance about speaking in tongues.

In fact Prophecy is more important than tongues for the church's own benefit.

Overall, The significance of the day of Pentecost was that they spoke in tongues and it was unknown to all the speakers, but those who heard(emphasis), heard their own tongue being spoken....
Christianity Etc › Re: 7 Reasons Why Every Believer Should Speak In Tongues - Kenneth E Hagin by daveP(m):
Verse 5 is the most important verse Of all the verses, you didn't even bolden it.

However, tongues as seen from acts of apostles shows that they were actually speaking a language spoken on the earth but was totally foreign to the speaker.

Why would the Holy Spirit make that the most important part of the new church age if it's not a vital part of the Pentecost day?

People heard these 120 praising God in their own language and they marvelled. Now I dunno, but it's not a gibberish tongue that should be spoken like I'm seeing here and there. This is very important and should not be ignored.

If Fayemi wins today, that's the end for APC in Ekiti.

I like Segun Oni and I will surely vote him if he wins but if he doesn't, I'm sorry, I will vote Fayose (not Eleka) but it's gonna be PDP!
God bless you for this comment. Many nairalander have absolutely no idea how Ekiti politics goes. They just follow the media first, then come all with their ammo.

None of them truly can except Segun Oni.

Fayemi is even daring Ekiti people by coming back so fast. He wants to pull an "oshoko v2. 9" when oshoko himself is on 2.0 version.

Ive come to some conclusions of sorts that no footballer would ever want to take risk for club and miss the world club. forget UCL and Europa. who cares is the mentality. see Ozil... His way of playing changed after Koscielny showed he would miss the world cup with that Achilles. Even Griezmann was weeping on the pitch. Let Ronaldo and Co keep dominating Europe o the world cup dem no go smell atall.

So every world cup year, players get too cautious and I don't expect them to risk injury in the name of club loyalty. Lol.

In the spirit of unity, I can sense Iwobi may be performing wack in training to avoid selection for such a team that can't even use sense when playing.

Wenger's biggest undoing in his 22 years at Arsenal is putting his trust on unworthy players. One of them is Koscielny. Dude fails when it matters most.
pa Wenger had a good philosophy, but he refused to still mix both with the new sense and urgency of the game, which was just winning. I wonder how he sleeps at night sef. He could get Tested African defenders at cheap price and they'll deliver if he wanted financial management. But his loyalty and bias to French buying and ligue 1 buying was his undoing. Bias killed his game. and wasted his years. He will be remembered for the philosophy than his urge to want to go beyond comfort with his players. wonder how he gingers dem in the dressing room
