Yes, I subscribed to the 2g pack but it has expired na on 7th of this month. As for the IMEIs, here are the ones I have tried:

I have also tried the BlackBerry Z10 IMEI, all to no avail.

Oh I thought as much. The imei is not the problem, it's because you subscribed to the 2G plan. Many people have had the same complaints on not being able to use the BIS plan after the 2G subscription. so I advise you opt of the 2G plan by dialing *482# and reply with "3" to opt out.
Hope it helps the situation after that.

Guys, is this stuff still working? I have changed IMEI, changed APN(both internet.ng.airtel.com and blackberry.net) switched between 2g and 3g- all to no avail. Your help will be very well appreciated.

Yes it's still working, although it has been blocked on some IMEI. And by the what IMEI did you tweaked to? Have you by any chance subscribed to the Airtel 2G plan lately? those might be the reason why its not connecting. Try a different IMEI, perhaps the one you are currently using has been blocked.
