I think your wife and children (if applicable ) will get a refund but if you are in a non exempt category. You won't get a refund for just your part .

If you switch and be her dependent then you might be able to get a refund. I have to go check the guideline. The first part I typed I am sure of that part

Switch from skilled worker to dependent? Is that even possible? Although I feel that since she is a dependent and can work in healthcare, they ay not see the need of having to actually sponsor her.

If I go to uk on a skilled worker visa with my wife is dependent. If she gets a health care sponsored job there, are we eligible for IHS refund?

You don't need to upload COS...cos is an electronic document from the home office, not a physical document as such.... It came from them so ideally you don't need to show them. It their system, once they key in the number they can see it

It is always advisable to have just the following when searching for jobs because of the expiration period for the documents:
1. IELST for UKVI
2. Care Certificates
3. Volunteering/job experience

All others can be acquired when you get serious job offers.
