An Abuja based mineral exploration company is seeking to employ the following on a contract basis for her ongoing and upcoming projects:
1.) Field Geologists – minimum of 3 years experience in mineral exploration project planning; mineral prospecting skills; geological and structural mapping; must have a good working knowledge of GIS and digital mapping; must have the ability to use GPS receivers and compass clinometer; excellent technical reporting and verbal communication. This position is approximately 90% field work and 10% office work on a variety of projects.

2.) Field Geophysicists- minimum of 3 years experience in geophysical survey planning, profile design and cutting; survey data collection and handling, especially EM, IP, gravity, seismic, magnetic and resistivity; must have a good working knowledge of GIS, and other geophysical processing software; must have the ability to use GPS receivers; excellent technical reporting and verbal communication. This position is approximately 90% field work and 10% office work on a variety of projects.

3.) Geological Trainees- Geology, geophysics or geochemistry graduates; must have a good working knowledge of GIS and digital mapping; must have the ability to use GPS receivers and compass clinometer; good communication and technical reporting skills. This position is approximately 90% field work and 10% office work on a variety of projects.
We have ongoing projects in Niger, Zamfara, Kastina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Plateau, Kogi, Benue States, etc. Interested candidates should be ready to work in any part of the country and Africa.
