Franklerry:Oga go to this US and come back first. The US you're talking about have established organisations that are willing and ever ready to take in job seekers. Less than 10% of graduates in US only work jobs below their paygrade. At graduation, organization's visit schools during convocation to accept eligible graduates. If a PhD holder doesn't have a job, he is already equipped with entrepreneurial skills. |

Gkay1:There's practically no weapon we have in this country that can be compared to what the world powers have. When they create such vehicles, it undergoes several tests and that's why they can boast that grenade or RPG cannot destroy some vehicles. |
Bossjakande:No...he's right. Bill Gates or any rich business man won't think how u feel he should be thinking. Why would he spend 165m on a bus when he can buy mortgage and still own a car. #ThinkRight |

Avengers: Endgame has made box office history by taking a record-breaking $1.2bn (£929m) in global ticket sales in its opening run. The Disney blockbuster has become the fastest film ever to break the $1bn barrier, doing so in just five days. Endgame is the 22nd offering in the Marvel Studios superhero franchise. Its opening takings smashed the previous global debut record of $640m set by last year's Avengers: Infinity War. In the US alone, Endgame, which stars Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, brought in a record $350m. It also drew huge audiences in China, where it made a record $330.5m after opening there on Wednesday, ahead of North America. "Though Endgame is far from an end for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, these first 22 films constitute a sprawling achievement, and this weekend's monumental success is a testament to the world they've envisioned, the talent involved, and their collective passion, matched by the irrepressible enthusiasm of fans around the world," Walt Disney Studios Chairman Alan Horn said in a statement. The popular Avengers franchise began back in 2008 with Iron Man. Endgame has received positive reviews from critics, with a 96% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Police have asked for the return of $30,000 (£23,000) that fell off the back of a truck in Michigan. Officers responding to a traffic problem on Thursday came across drivers scrambling to pick up dollar bills strewn across Route 31. The owner told police he had accidentally left a box carrying the cash on the bumper of his truck. As of Saturday about $7,000 had been handed in, prompting a grateful message from officers on Facebook. "Thank you and way to go! We commend you for your honesty!" Grand Haven Department of Public Safety wrote. "The owner of the money will be grateful." Two 17-year-olds handed in $630 to the authorities, while one woman gave up almost $4,000. Officers only managed to recover $2,470 from the scene on Thursday after they closed sections of the road to help collect the cash. "Anyone that picked up money is asked to turn it in at the Grand Haven Department of Public Safety," an appeal said.

Guestlander:That's a big lie. You can't tell me California may have more trucks than the entire Nigerian trucks. More part of America is covered by water than nigeria so they rely more on water transportation and air courier services in delivery. Seems you've forgotten FMN, BUA, Ashaka, Dantata & sawoe, goldenpennny among others all have trucks. Go to Apapa Tin can island |

The first mass funeral has begun in Sri Lanka as the country marks a day of mourning for the victims of Sunday's bomb blasts. The death toll of the attacks on churches and hotels has increased to 310, police said on Tuesday. The country has observed three minutes of silence and a state of emergency is in effect to prevent further attacks. Sri Lanka's government has blamed the blasts on local Islamist group National Thowheed Jamath (NTJ). Police have now detained 40 suspects in connection with the attack, a spokesman said Tuesday. The mass funeral is taking place at St Sebastian's church in Negombo, north of Colombo, which was one of the places targeted in Sunday's blasts. Earlier, a moment of silence was observed at 08:30 (03:00GMT), reflecting the time the first of six bombs detonated. Flags were lowered to half mast and people bowed their heads in silence in respect to the victims as well as the 500 people injured during the attacks. The state of emergency gives police and the military sweeping powers to detain and interrogate suspects without court orders - powers that were last used during the nation's civil war. The government blocked access to Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram after the blasts. NTJ, the group named by the government as the main suspect, has no history of large-scale attacks but came to prominence last year when it was blamed for damaging Buddhist statues. However, neither NTJ, nor any other group, has admitted carrying out Sunday's bombings.
