bawomolo:his films are ok if you focus more on the theme. Yeah his wife is gorgeous, where did he get her from? Cute christian nigerian girls are like gold dust these days. |
Naija chics are fine sha. hmmm |
The picture on Razorr's profile last week was of her on a boat. It was different from the one there a couple of weeks ago and its changed again now. How did this "impersonator" get Razorr's pictures? ![]() |
skyone:both are two mutually exclusive events. You can be "moral" and not be a christian. the life of a christian is not a moral life, it is simply living like Christ. |
NubianQ:When a man (or woman) is born again, his sin is washed away and God remembers it no more. Outwardly there may be no difference but spiritually the man becomes a new creature before God, cleansed by His blood and filled with the Holy Spirit. Now that does not take away the physical consequences of your past sin which includes guilt, remember the thief on the cross whom Christ forgave? Even though he became a new man that day, cleansed of his sin, he still paid the price for his crime. The only way (my opinion based on the bible) to move beyond sin is to give your life to Jesus Christ, ask Him to give you a new heart . . . as long as you believe that Christ has forgiven you of your sin gradually they will fade away into the past. |
mazaje:enjoy |
Frizy:what of him? |
huxley:what's your problem with that? |
Gamine:my sister, me sef i tire. |
huxley:not kidding at all. mazaje:To expose false worship is not the same as to mock. You have a choice . . . continue mocking. |
huxley:Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. What nonsense are you talking about? Did you read the entire bible before coming up with your false "concern" for consistency? |
mazaje:I wont bother explaining . . . enjoy mocking now. You wont be doing that for too long. |
huxley:you have a point. But since we can to a certain extent tell who is a brother or not "by their fruits", its clear you're not. |
huxley:you shldnt bother about it if it makes no sense to you. |
huxley:christianity has nothing to do with morality. |
smile4kenn: |
huxley:depends on what you assume "fool" means. See bold, i've had that excuse used one too many times here its becoming ridiculous. You use the physical to understand the spiritual. huxley:Matthew 12:48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? 49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! 50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. |
Chrisbenogor:good place to start . . . let me also attempt it with a question of my own. Who were the 10 commandments given to? |
The Sly:Sorry bro she hasnt said anything. All she has succeeded in doing is repeating what the serpent said to Eve in the Garden of Eden . . . Gen 3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” Lets see what she argues so vehemently about and compare it to what the bible actually has to say -
I believe in Christ so I'm going to heaven. You don't believe in Christ so you're not going to heaven. Stupid and ridiculous claims, it is not theirs to give.
this is what the bible has to say - John 3: 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Its crystal clear, we mortal man cannot give you a pass to heaven but the bible is more than explicit . . . He that believeth not in Christ is CONDEMNED ALREADY. Dont be decieved by all this "its all rosy, just be good" theology.
I don't know why so called Christians make claims like that as if they are deciding for God who will and won't enter into heaven. It is not up to us to decide, it is up to God. He gives graces and it is not ours to give but his. So I too am sickened when I hear things like this, and then some bloke comes here and tries to justify it through scripture. It is a case of superiority in Christiandom, and it is very unChrist like.
Unfortunately Christ was the very one speaking in John 3:18. It is not a case of superiority, it is a case of the pure unadulterated word of God. Anyone outside Christ has NO chance of going to heaven. Mollycuddling them and pretending they can make it if they pay penance and recite the rosary is fallacy. Where you also sickened when you read John 3:18? If you cant justify the gospel through scripture what will you use? Sacred tradition?
Check tribalists post above. He is very direct with the point and I agree with him. Maybe I should have been more direct.
tribalist's post had nothing to do with what i posted earlier. you will do well to read first. The Sly:My brother . . . here are the plain facts: 1. Realise that there is nothing new under the sun, the bible says what has been is now and what is now has been and God requires the past. 2. What of our ancestors who never heard the gospel and worshipped idols? Open your bible and ask yourself, what about Noah, Lamech, Abraham, Seth, Methuselah . . . men who didnt have the law, never even heard of Christ, didnt know anything about sin . . . did they go to hell? No. But why? Simple - the bible had this to say about Noah . . . Genesis 6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. Notice something very important . . . the bible says Noah was a just man and perfect but it quickly qualified that with this . . . IN HIS GENERATION. Every man in the bible was judged according to the light that was available in their generation and that is what i believe God will use to judge those who never had access to the bible during their own generation. 3. Now SLY, remember that you will be judged ACCORDING TO YOUR GENERATION. What will be your excuse on the last day? You cant say you didnt hear of Christ, unlike Noah there is no excuse that the blood of Jesus was not available, you cant claim you never saw a bible . . . My brother, enough of arguing semantics . . . Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: that, my dear, is the conclusion of the matter. |
you have too many questions asked at once. If you can simplify it or break them down into single questions at once would be better. With what you have there is no way you can understand the first question if you dont understand the law itself and what it was meant to accomplish. I think your first question should be - what is the law? Did Christ come to fulfill or abolish it? |
Chris, you spend way too much time stuck with the law. |
tribalist:Prov 26:4 Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him. tribalist:Prov 26: 5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit. The concept of praying for the dead is strongly condemned in the bible. You can foam in the mouth all you like. |
MC Usman:Next you'll come searching for Mohammad and Jesus there no? |
