actually i reckoned i can squeeze in 20 check ups a day. thats 500 dollars times 20. thats ten thousand dollars a day. is that not good money ni ?

each patient gets 30 minutes
Na fly wey no wise the follow dead body enter grave.

Another idea open a SPA club get those cheap Asian girls like 7 of them to give SPA and "everything"

You would see more than 20 guests per hour thats when you would know that TKB and those Suit wearing men of Lagos need a "Massage" for their workstress

nigerians sef. dem no sabi dem priorities   na so yar adua do do do go let himself succumb to pericarditis   something that could easily have been diagnosed through EKG and ECHO
I see say you get strong head like Aba made motor.

Echo ko Shadow ni. Or another option, Open a Night club/brothel or strip club. S3x sells !!!

On the contrary, ikorodu is one of the, if not, biggest towns in Lagos. No water logged areas I know unless you plan to buy in Ibeshe, by the beach, which happens to be high end but I would not go there myself as I prefer the main parts of Ikorodu. Was just speaking to a friend earlier today of how much it costs to purchase land up therfe and I hear it is still in the low millions.
Apart from ikorodu, which other part of lagos(not Ogun) can one get cheap land 1-2m max. Anything higher take it to TKB

the investment is not alot. all i need are echocardiography machines, electrocardiography machine, blood pressure monitors, holter monitors. then i will rent like say a 3 bedroom house. use one of the rooms as reception. i will do hardwood floors and paint it green. the other room will be the examination room. the last room will be juicing room. we will juice carrots and bananas and oranges and spinach for you while you wait. healthy refreshments
E be like say you get strong head and are desperate to lose your money.

That 3 bedroom, The living room convert am to dancing floors, the rooms convert them to VIP lounge and the small small room convert them to "Short-time" where people can go make out. the reception convert Sell cohiba cigar there.

The money on those machines use them to buy cartons of Henessey, Moet and other exotic liquor.

Get one woman at the side who sells hard core paraga and liquor, Those jobless bodybuilders at Surulere for Boucers, Those wanabee musicians as DJ.

Last but most important, Give TKb VIP pass and your club is set.

Dont forget to pay me for my consulting services and advice.

If you go towards Ikorodu, it still makes tiny bit of sense to buy there.
Hope its not one of those water logged places or in the far bush where people still visit Babalawo to cure nightmares.

Cos I know in my Ibadan with 10% of the prices you people are quoting here, i would build a mansion

but i digress. tbk abeg help me with this question, if i set up a cardiac diagnostic clinic in lagos do you think i till make money ? how often do people check their heart health ? do you think people will pay to check the health of their heart ? seeing as alot of people in lagos just drop dead without knowing that they had some pre-existing conditions that if they had bothered to check, would have been diagnosed and nipped in the bud. alot of people in nigeria walk around with all kinds of arrhythmia like atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, coronary artery disease, frequent PVCs etc etc, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, electrolyte abnormalities etc etc. all these people can be diagnosed and treated instead of just dropping dead and dying at 50 or some young age. so do you think people can be sold to the idea of checking their health annually for a fee of 50,000 naira ? thanks in advance
With the money you want to invest I would advise you to open a beer parlour or Night club. Cardiac wetin? Nigerians dont care that much for their health Just to Shayo do big boy and carry UNILAg chics.

British energy group BP said Tuesday the Gulf of Mexico leak will have only a "very modest" environmental impact, adding that its engineers are siphoning up twice as much oil as previously thought.A tube inserted into the gushing leak "is estimated to be collecting and carrying about 2,000 barrels a day," said a BP statement. On Monday it had said 1,000 barrels a day, or 20 percent of the flow, was being retrieved.BP chief executive Tony Hayward told Sky News television: "I think the environmental impact of this disaster is likely to have been very, very modest
[quote]."I would say the range is one to 5,000 barrels a day," said Doug Suttles, BP Chief Operating Officer for Exploration and Production, interviewed on the NBC Today show.
This is the statement of the COO and I saw him say it on TV
what I meant is that BP would no longer have any holding in the US and it would cease to operate there - any profits it makes elsewhere will continue to flow to UK shareholders. All it would do would be to wind up its US businesses and pay off whatever is required from that.
WHo cares about where they make their profit and who they pay, the point is they need to clear up this mess.

This is Day 53 already and they said Obama is shouting. they were quiet initially and thought BP would be responsible enough to take care of the mess but obviously the CEO would rather attend a birthday party in london than take care of the gulfcoast and millions of people who lives he has ruined

Tony Hayward, the chief executive of BP, is to return to Britain a week after promising to remain in the US until the company’s oil spill is stopped. The Times has learnt that Mr Hayward will return to London for a board meeting on Thursday and to celebrate his 54th birthday with his family
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americas/article7129204.ece

It should also be noted that BP hid the underwater HD videos of the spill until they were mandated the Congress.

What an irresponsible organisation

Ol boy stop saying what you don't know - it was NOAA that released an OFFICIAL estimate of the flow rate, NOT BP. Sensationalist lies cannot help anything. The fact is, it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to determine accurate flow rates - what you will have is a RANGE. NOAA picked a figure and released it - no one knows exactly how much is being released.
I saw on TV BP COO Doug Suttles say it that the rate was about 1,000 - 5,000 Barrels per day. Maybe you need to get the facts before defending the incompetent lying BP management.

A BP executive on Thursday agreed with a US government estimate that the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico could be pumping up to 5,000 barrels a day of crude into the ocean, far more than previously thought."I would say the range is one to 5,000 barrels a day," said Doug Suttles, BP Chief Operating Officer for Exploration and Production, interviewed on the NBC Today show
http://www.bullfax.com/?q=node-gulf-leak-could-be-5000-barrelsday-bp

Yeah right - being reported by whom? The BP CEO attended the memorial service and spoke to the families - BP has TRIED to focus on the lives lost, but the media madness is solely focused on trying to bash the company
Being reported by CNN. When Obama hosted them yesterday. The families were all interviewed and they all said they never received a phone call from BP

The US has more to lose - the worst that will happen is that BP will sell off its US assets and keep its far more productive assets in Russia, Azerbaijan, Angola and Iraq. Once that happens, BP will be free to pay its UK shareholders and de-list from the New York Stock Exchange
BIG Lol. You mean they wont clean up the mess they created. they would sell its US assets and pocket the money, delist from NYSE and just go like that?

You think this is Bayelsa state? If that happens Obama would ORDER Cameron or whoever the new British PM/puppet to sell all BP asset even in the UK. and pay for their mess they created

hehehehe. . . . I knew you would bring English footie into the conversation.
This further shows the incompetence of UK in everything they lay their hands on Imagine their National team coach is Italian.

As for BP paying out dividends, thats mandatory to prevent downward pressure on their shareprice. British investors dont take kindly to non payment of dividends
They can dig into their reserves if they want to pay dividends, The fact is they have been irresponsible before and after the spill. Not even a phone call of condolence to the victims families.

Yet the CEO wants his life back lol. He deserves more than a kick to his backside he deserves a kick to the mouth sef.

They even even misrepresented the spill, the feds have said we have about 20,000-40,000 barrels of spill per day while

BP COO Doug Suttles initially came on TV that the flow is 1,000 to 5,000 barrels per day until later they changed it that they dont know exactly how much is flowing

BP has even obstructed independent scientist from determining the accurate flow rate
Even BP withheld the HD underwater videos of the spill until congress mandated them
Foreign Affairs › Re: Bp Oil Spill: America Going Too Far? by dayokanu(m): 5:01am On Jun 11, 2010
Now it has been found that BP was lying/misrepresenting the flow rate of the oil into the gulf for the past 53days
