Please what could be delaying my period? I'm 2 days late. I'm not pregnancy cos hubby has not been around. I had covid last month, and I treated with steroid (dexamethasone) and ivermectine. I also took vit C 1000mg too. That month, my cycle was very short. 23 days. It came 5 days earlier. I used the dexa for 7 days, but I continued with vit C, D, and zinc. I did fsh test that same month and it was a bit low, so I took vitex but for just 10 days. I've also been on serrapeptase and the Chinese teas too because of my tubes. Now my period is delayed. Please does someone know what's delaying it? And what to do to induce it?

Also someone I know has been battling hydrosalphinx and scar tissue was given herbal medication from a consultant gynaecologist university of benin teaching hospital. After that she was had some weird thick discharge, after a few days. Praying the medication did the trick, I will post if she gets her bfp so that mamas with the same issue can try .

Started trying last year November, after my period last November I noticed my breast was sore and heavy, I was sasalivating too much accompanied with severe headache my thoughts were I was pregnant. Did a pregnancy test it came out negative. Started tracking my ovulation found out I wasn't ovulating. My husband introduced me to the people's doctor on Instagram I was skeptical about it coz it was online. He was like let's try her. She gave us test to do...I did the LH, Prolactin, progesterone and transvaginal scan. They all came out fine except Prolactin which was high and she told me to get synergo drug for it. I joined the 21 days hallelujah challenge by Nathaniel Bassey. The test was remaining Hsg which I don't want to do coz I was scared coz I heard it's painful. The doctor asked of the Hsg result I told her I will do it after my flow this month. In all these I did not allow Baba God to rest oooo,I prayed and cried to him that I don't want to do the Hsg test and the only way I won't do it is if am pregnant, I told Him my home was empty He should fill it for me with children.I saw a bible verse here which I used to back up my prayers The lord honour the childless wife in her home He made her happy by giving her Children. Last week Monday I went for PID test coz the sperm keeps leaking out .The result came out that there was no PID but my ovaries were not properly visualized. I became confused sent the result to the doctor she was like do you see your flow every month I said yes then she asked for my HSG test for her to conclude I said to myself HSG again....I did pregnancy test the next day negative. I saw my menstruation on 16th of February I was expecting it on 19th of this month coz I ve 32 days cycle. When I didn't see it I felt maybe the date has changed. On Sunday I was having pelvic cramps so I went to church with my pad,thre in the church I cried and prayed that's in the presence on God I was menstruating coz the pelvic cramps was much I changed my prayer point there that since it's the will of God let the HSG be successful. That same day went to the market to get things I will use to prepare my combo drink,went home yet no flow that Sunday. On Monday no flow but I was having alot of discharge which I know I don't ve on a normal day, called my mum and explained everything to her coz I was also having running stomach with stomach bite she said may be am pregnant coz she experienced same when she was pregnant with her first issue, she said pray coz she believed God will do it for me this month she told God if He will do it for me this month she will give thanks to Him. On Tuesday went to toilet was still having the stomach bite and I was scared of doing pregnancy test ....I told myself do it so you will know what's wrong with you when I did it lo and behold I saw double lines....just help me thank God,He never sleeps,He is God that is everywhere, He is the mighty God that visited me with His mighty deeds.i did the okro water therapy to boost my ovulation and I give alms to women with children.I pray God that did it for me will do it for everyone here Amen

Hello, congratulations on a successful surgery. try and rest very well, clean your surgery site well and regularly with methylated spirit. I remember after mine I did fertility massage using castor oil, hot water bottle. U can google about it and also check YouTube. I think it helped me not have adhesions.after myomectomy. I didn't use serraptesese other mothers with experience will also reply you. Wishing a BFP at first try.

Do not lose hope. First, take care of the fibroid, I would suggest surgery since it's quite large. I had surgery and conceived after, and the heavy extended periods and pain disappeared with surgery. What you should do is to plan it. Gather the money, do your research, go for a doctor who is very experienced with myomectomy. Eat very well to boost your blood levels and pray. God will take control. Also do other required tests, hormonal assay and hsg. Your gynecologist will put you through. Your hubby too should run semen analysis.

I will suggest you do tvs or folliclementry something like that,to know when those follicle rapture. If your circle is 25 and you have mature follicles in day 20 the chances the egg rupture during menstruation is high. Wishing you all the best.

I thought of that I. But how will such an egg implant with a thin uterine lining after menstruation. Plus doing the do during menstruation, is not just appealing. I may end up resorting to that. Anything for the babies

Just to add to your regimes; i once had adhesion and what i did to clear it up without surgery was: self fertility massage and use of castor oil and hot water bottle therapy and serrapeptase. Then if you want to boost ovulation naturally you can either take bitterleaf juice for the first 5 days of your cycle and start taking okro soup also(i cant stand drinking okro fermented water) during your period. I went for TVS yesterday and my result has kept me singing even with pcos i still have mature egg how? All thanks to God Almighty for making the regime work for me....i wish you good news as you progress

I went for HSG and it wasn't conducted because there was an obstruction and the result says cervical canal not seen therefore the impression was cervical fibroid. I was asked to go for thorough scan, I went for two different scan and there is no cervical fibroid. Am to see my gynae next week but am so down and confused. Am tired of crying because I can't even say the state of my fallopian tubes right now cos it wasn't conducted. Mind you, I've done hsg before and was diagnosed of blocked tubes which I went for hidrotubation and also done ivf before but it failed. Then I switched to herbs and no result. It's been a though 7 years. Kindly help me mummies and mummies to be. Sorry for the long post.

I would suggest you do transvaginal scan. I think it gives a clearer picture

Hello fruitful mothers, may God answer us speedily. After trying for 10 cycles with no result, even while taking all necessary prenatal vitamins, plus m2tone, I also tried evergreen formula, still no success. I decided to do test pelvic scan, tvs, hormonal profile test and hsg. The commas in the result that I am not comfortable with is 1 tv's showed a 1.8cm fibroid, hag showed patent tubes and pelvic adhesion, and hormonal profile showed hyperprolactemia. The tvs I did and the pelvic scans both on cycle day 20 of two different cycles showed that I had dominant follicles on both ovaries which signalled something wrong cos I have a 24/25 day cycle. That and milk coming out of my boobs when squeezed prompted me to do hormonal profile. So i have been placed on cabergoline after a month I will repeat prolactin test. I am also taking herbs to boost ovulation, going for fertility massage (hoping it will take care of the adhesions). Then I have changed my vitamins to fertilovit instead of pregnacare conception. Hoping to announce my bfp soon. Wish me luck ladies.

Really ! Thank you. When I saw dominant follicle I assumed maybe the egg didn't get released, and
I didn't ovulate. In the past I always get a positive opk on CD 11, accompanied with ovulation pain and ewcm so I assume I ovulate on CD 12, I have a 25 /26 day cycle.

Hello, house I happened to go for pelvic scan about a week after I expected that I had ovulated cos I had been having constant pain on my left lower abdomen though it has stopped now, also I do scan once a year to check if my fibroids are resurfacing. Only for the scan to say I had follicles on my left ovary and a dominant, I got home and BD just in case, but I don't understand, Should I be having dominant follicle a week after when I usually ovulate. So confused, don't understand .could it be I didn't ovulate this cycle?


Has anyone experienced this and what could be cause? I have been on evergreen formula for women for 3 months now. Planning on running hormonal assay test by January.

Did you give birth recently?If you did,are you still breastfeeding?if yes,maybe you are yet to ovulate again.

If you didn't give birth recently and you are producing breast milk,it means your prolactin is high and needs to be balanced with bromocripton,you can consult your gynae for details.

Really! Ok ,thanks. I gave birth 3 years ago. I have my usual ovulation pain and I have gotten positive on my ovulation test kit so I assumed I was ovulating. I will probably end up doing hormonal assay, to be certain.

i switched from m2tone and pregnacare conception combo to evergreen formula for women. I switched because it was not pocket friendly after two months . I have taken a month's dosage and started on another. I have milk coming out of one of my boobs,the one where my daughter nursed on the most. A doctor told me it's normal, hoping the evergreen formula balances my hormones in case there's any imbalance. I also got positive on ovulation test kit, I wonder why its taking so long.
