The tithe is not giving to a man, as it were, but to God. There is a difference between offerings, gifts, and the tithe. The tithe is not yours but God's and must be paid. A gift can be rejected, offerings and tithes should never be rejected because they are direct instructions fro, God to His children.

how do you want to secure a long term development plan when you waste your youthful talents?

We are technologically backward in the modst of natural resources and human resources. Thousands of very intelligent Science and Engineering youths graduate yearly,
but my country without a vision waste their talents all.

We have Iron and steel, the bedrock of technological advancement, we have the potential human resources to ernass them but we lack the character and management to combine these two.

The few lucky engineering and science graduates are in banks....doing what? designing money?

Poor economic planning, yet we have young and smart graduates every year.
