The Diploma in Accounting and Business (F1-F3 and the Foundations in Professionalism Module) is equivalent in level to year one of a UK Bachelor degree.

When you say foundation in professionalism module, do you mean the ethics module ?

Good morning everyone. woke up to a mail from BC that my EOR has been concluded. My score for writing changed from 6.5 to 7. Just enough for me to have csr score of 461. Requested for remark just 2wks ago. was already planning on writing another one while the EOR is still being processed.

The implication is you might have to quit your job for it.

It's a lot of work. If your that smart, then it's possible in that time frame. Na ACCA oo

Was a BC today to find our the status of my EOR. According to one madam, there is an upsurge in pple seeking EOR and they are have logistics challenges. Bla bla bla. They cant say when i would get feedback. 13 weeks now. Gosh

There guys should not misplace our files and ask people to come and re-sit exam for free oo.

In Nairaland, yes there was someone who did 2 papers and got evaluated as one semester and there were another case in a separate platform that I came across where someone has said that although he has done all the 3 papers he got the same evaluation as one semester and he wrote to WES to change it. I ll share the outcome once I know it in the coming week.

I am really waiting for the outcome brother.

My transcript shows that I got exempted from ACCA F1 and that my results for ACCA F1 - F4 and F8- which are exams i'd already
taken. It also states papers to complete under current syllabus- where it lists out all other papers until I get my ACCA membership qualification. I assume this is how it's stated in other people's transcripts.

Alot of things does not add up as regards this ECA of yours.

Please can you get us screenshots of both your completed ECA and the transcript sent to you from ACCA.

There are alot of people banking on this route to upgrade crs score and need to be aware of the new development bcs even after ur post some people are still making preparations based on old information.

@kaybigdad pls kindly confirm how much you paid again at the point of passport submission with vfs. I don't know why Nigeria is like this. That PPR mail only stated N14,350. They have gone to add additional N8,060 . So whats the koko of having a Lagos office? The bolded pain me pass you o.

Anyway... lessons to take away:
Arrive on time, infact resume with them by 8am sharp
Ask questions so that you don't join the wrong queue
Make enough photocopies of all documents you will be submitting, at least 3
Go with enough cash even more than N14,350 + N8,060, in case the exploiters decide to hike the fees again. This is the part I don't like at all. I might as well cause small drama before paying. Just doesn't make sense

You guys should start contacting cic and complain about the new development na. When people sent this thing directly to Ghana...there was no extra charge na...what is the 14k for if there is an extra 8k for courier fee.

Congrats to all ITA Choppers! it is well with you. Based on the information here, i decided to submit my ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (F1- F3, I had exemption in F1) to WES for evaluation. My evaluation came out as college-level certificate (one semester) and i contested it but they still said its correct. I am now trying to look for alternatives to improve my CRS score after maxing out IELTS because that is not eligible for Two or more degrees. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

These guys are just inconsistent with their evaluation.

Advanced diploma ACCA(5papers) gets 3-4years Canadian degree equivalence.

Diploma in Accounting and Business(2papers) gets 1 semester.

May be because all papers were passed in one sitting. This one weak me o.

Please write them and explain that it took you 9months to prepare and sit these papers jare and see if something will happen.

Also can we see screen shot of this your evaluation?

To be on the safe side eh, just waive two (which I plan on doing). The reason is: I saw a sample of ACCA diploma transcript (I googled it), it clearly states if an exam was Exempted or Passed.

So, If WES sees that you passed just one paper and got exemptions for two others, they might not positively evaluate you. (My 2 Kobo)

You are contradicting yourself naw...are you writing one or two?

Thanks for your response. I remember someone once mentioned that HND without ND will have complications during evaluation; and that's my concern.

Just evaluate BSc and ATS if you think HND will cause issues for you.

Anyone you fail, you can register again and Write only the one failed.

You can also choose to write in batches if you want. It's that flexible.

For this WES evaluation of "Completion of a college level certificate', what are the documents that you have arranged to send to WES? I mean can there be any chance that your ICAN ACA or your part of your bachelors played a role in giving you this evaluation by any chance?

Every degree or certificate evaluated or their outcome is independent of each other.
See your ICAN is just paper.. I can advise to throw it away or dash person for free. It's not even really useful here o. When I was doing ICAN, I had this idea of "ICAN will get me that dream job". All na wash. Kole werk o

The screenshot I posted isint mine but I am telling you for free that it is legit and the person only wrote f2 n f3 while claiming exemption for f1 and I am doing the same thing myself.

I am doing this only for this journey and I don't plan on doing any other paper. Just go and F2 and F3 while you claim exemption for F1.

Please which of the evaluating bodies did this ACCA F1-F3 evaluation? So people can know for a fact who they'll be patronizing.

Well, I don't think it's about writing more than one paper. ACCA will award you the certificate if you write at least one paper (with exemptions in the other two papers)and complete the ethics module.

What matters is you getting the certificate. WES should be able to give it a positive assessment.

Someone can try and let others follow. Me i will not gamble with this rare opportunity o

I am an ICAN ACA holder( my greatest undoing fa) and doing f2 n f3 will just only take me some time to brush up.

I will do that which I am sure of.

The target isint just getting the certificate, its about getting a positive evaluation (take note)
