Xavi is coming today..

TBH i feel bad for Xavi.

Because I know how it's going to turn out. Both fans on the internet and those at the camp nou.

The average Barca fan wants any coach being signed to come with a magic wand.

I foresee the fans turning on Xavi before the end of the season.

The average Barca fan isn't used to this situation, we have been spoilt over the years.

Xavi would need time but the fans won't give him time, just like Koeman.

I have since made my projections and with the level of rot we have seen, we will not be a continental giant before the next 4 years.

Yes 4 years. With steady work and by giving the young ones opportunity to perfect themselves, we can be the top team in Europe again.

For now we need to focus on our young talents and hope the coach gives them adequate opportunities to mature and not put unnecessary pressure on Xavi, cud that might make him desperateand begin to seek those of the old guard again.

Anybody expecting a short term fix or expecting us to return to where we've been over the last 10 years is daydreaming.

In fact Euros, Copa America and Africa Cup of Nations are 3 competitions of the same cadre as the major continental championships.

So you guys are actually being extremely dubious with your constant declaration that "Messi won ordinary and useless Copa America"

If Ronaldo or Lewy had won the Euros that would have been your first argument for them winning Ballon dor.
That would have been your first item on the list;

Just imagine the chaos that would have ensued if Ronaldo or Lewy had won the Euros trophy, won the player of the tournament and won the highest goal scorer.

It would have been madness from Ronaldo fans.

Messi signed a 2 year deal with PSG....

Even if Messi remains scoreless for PSG for the remainder of his entire 2 year contract and Ronaldo scores 35 Goals this season and another 35 Goals next season,

Messi will still have a superior Goal per Game ratio.

The question you should ask rather is; who uses scoring of just 2 months out of a career of 15 years plus to celebrate scoring of over another?

If someone can tell me that Ronaldo is better than Messi because of only 2 months then I can celebrate goal ratio because it gives a bigger picture than just 2 months.
