Where and When did Obi applaud Tinubu?

He applauded him for fixing security or fixing the economy? Or for what?

Stop playing yourself for a fool bro.

Tinubu should get to his main business of fixing this country, and stop doing forreplay with Nigerians.

It's quite obvious that Tinubu intends to use his ministers as scapegoats for his abysmal performance throughout his entire tenure.

This clearly shows the problem with Nigeria is not limited to leaders alone.
She admitted wrongdoing and Tinubu should have just said go and sin no more?
Alison Madueke and Stella Oduah comes to mind, just leave them to plunder till they can plunder no more.
No..

Where, and How did I imply the section you bolded, that Tinubu should not order her prosecution because she admitted wrong doing?

Let me explain to you more slowly and carefully..

She already admitted wrong doing so Tinubu had to call for that prosecution.

He couldn't ignore anymore or run away from it.

It was clear even to an unborn baby that she had to be suspended.

So what Tinubu did was nothing exceptional to deserve all these praises.

I never said he shouldn't suspend her because she admitted wrong doing.

Infact the fact that she admitted it was the more reason Tiniubu had to suspend her.
Politics › Re: I Am Surprised Tinubu Suspended Betta Edu by ddippset(m): 8:41pm On Jan 08, 2024
There's nothing to be surprised about.

The woman was never part of Tinubu's close persons, not part of his inner circle.

Besides she already admitted wrong doing by herself by admitting she paid money into a private account.

So what is the big deal that Tinubu suspended her?

The underlying cause is nothing but the unlimited greed of man.

A governor does a tenure for 8 years, and then they want to do another 8 years as a proxy governor.

But in all these I don't think we have ever seen anything like the acts of Rivers state and Nyesom Wike.

How do you appoint 16 out of 17 commissioners?
How do you appoint the man's Deputy Governor?
How do you appoint the man's Chief of Staff?
How do you even appoint the man's Chief Security Officer?

Chief Security Officer again!!!

Then the entire assembly is loyal to you,,,

Godfathers are generally greedy,, but Nyesom Wike has got to be the greediest Godfather in history.

Even Tinubu didn't cage Fashola like this.

I sincerely doubt if Fabura can win this war …

When Amechi was Governor he couldn’t win Wike

When Amechi had Federal power he still couldn’t defeat Wike

Atiku and other PDP leaders are still afraid of Wike

Fabura is still a boy and he will cry soon
Stop being clever by quarter.

We know Wike is your God but stop being mischievous.

The 2015 time when Wike battled Amaechi, he was backed by a Federal power which was determined to defeat him - Mr and Mrs Jonathan.

The second time in 2019, Wike was governor and Amaechi had Buhari, a man who didn't care even if his own family members were losing primaries talkless of elections.
Besides Amaechi came as APC, a party hated in Rivers state.

So stop overrating your Wike.

2027 let Wike come as APC and let Tinubu be aloof like Buhari,, let's see if he can touch Fubara.

Kennydoc:
You don't write sensibly at all!

To start with, nobody is saying Andy Uba must have had 240k votes. The point in question is the disparity between the total votes he got in the primaries versus the total he got in the actual election.

Let me make it a bit simpler. In the primaries, only APC members voted. In the general election, many of the voters do not belong to any party. What that means it that out of the 43k votes that Andy Uba got, a good proportion of them came from non-APC members. If we assume that half of the people who voted for him don't belong to any party, it means only about 10% of the supposed voters in the primaries turned out for the main election.

If 200k people were eager to see him fly the flag of APC in the election, how come ordinary half of them did not show up during the main election to make sure they brought him into power?

Can you see that your argument is absolutely senseless?
Speak for yourself pls.

A lot of these people commenting are actually sayo g that Andy Uba should have gotten 240k votes. They are!

And Also, I repeat having a state membership of 200k is not a big deal.

On the flip side too, there are some party members who do not have PVCS and so cannot vote.
Coupled with the abysmal turn out...

Finally I ask you too; if 2 million people were eager to register and collect their voter's cards and make a change in the state, how come ordinary 10 percent of them did not show up to make sure their state is saved.

You answer.
Politics › Re: How Andy Uba’s 200,000 APC Supporters Were Stopped by ddippset(m): 11:53pm On Nov 13, 2021
Anambra should have up to 20 LGA's and up to 200 wards.

1000 members per ward would give a total state membership of 200k.
Just 1000 members per ward.

Is this what Is impossible for a party like APC to have anywhere in Nigeria?

Also if 2 million voters are registered in Anambra.

Let's assume that

APGA has 1 million
PDP has 700k
APC has 200k

What Is so impossible about this? Especially considering that APC is the ruling party in Nigeria, With ministers and other big shots from APC?

I bet that since APGA won the election with 150k votes, over 600k APGA supporters did not come out on election day.

So what is the big deal about 160k APC supporters failing to come out and votes?

These silly sentiments are borne out of the hatred for the current government.

Just sentiments bereft of common sense!

Most of you are not even APGA supporters but PDP supporters who are not botheredthat they also lost Anambra.
What bothers them instead is how Andy lost grin

But the fact is that PDP will not rule this country in another 30 years..so continue crying..

They more they boast about taking over power the more their members decamp to APC.

Only an APP implosion can give PDP a sniff.

You're the dumbest, daftest and most retaarded ignoramus I've ever encountered on Nairaland. You're now shifting the goal post after I exposed your tomfoolery you dim-witted twer.p. Only you assume that there were only 3 parties that contested in the election. Only you assume that Andy Ubah had the highest supporter turnout, only you can figure out the exact number of registered party members of every damn political party in Anambra from behind the keypad of your cheap phone and come to the conclusion that Andy Ubah had the highest percentage turnout of supporters. What asin.ine dolt you are.

I swear your inanity and level of mental retarrdation is on a whole new level than I'd ever witnessed before. In fact, it's a world record. Kudos to you dingbat.
Jeeez

How does this nonsense you typed here address the fact that voters don't fucccking turn out for the main election?.

Are you guys simple, slow or stupiid?

Even sef, How big is the number 200,000 that you meatheads think that a major party like APC can't of that membership anywhere in Nigeria?

Even if we assume that, of the 2 million registered voters;

APGA has 1 million
PDP has 700,000
APC has 200,000
Other parties 100,000

Based on this assumption what is the big deal about a membership of 200k in a big state with 20 LGA s and over 200 awards?

Voters just don't turn out on election day...
Andy Uba's supporters are not aliens or spirits, they are among the populace that just don't turn up!

You see why I said you're an unintelligent cret1n. You can't even figure out my question to you. You're a deluded ponce if you assume you know arithmetic more than me.

I ask you again dumbfuck, if 40,000 out of 240,000 represents the highest percentage turnout of supporters of a particular party in the election, PDP for example that scored around 60,000 in the election, how can you be so sure that that 60k votes is not representative of a higher turnout of supporters in the election? Do you know the exact number of supporters PDP has, or the number that APGA has or that ZLP party has? ZLP scored circa 2000 votes in the election. It may mean that all ZLP party supporters turned out for the election, that would represent 100 percent turnout, which is by far more than the percentage of that of the supporters of Andy Ubah that turn out.

I put it to you again dunce, that you cannot conclude that Andy had the highest percentage turnout of supporters. I went to great length to put up this reply even though I know your discombobulated brain cannot figure it out, so just swerve dumbo.
Oh my bad grin

I thought you were reasonable enough to know we've been talking about the 3 major parties in Anambra but obviously you are nothing but a meathead.

So now don't tell me you want to say that APC had more supporters than APGA and PDP.

Don't say APGA and PDP have less than 200k supporters in Anambra.
That comment would be more idiotic than the first.

Pls don't say! grin

It's almost like every comment u make is trying to outdo the previous one in terms of the dumb level.

Please whose fault is it that those 200,000voters that supposedly helped him to win the primary did not see it worthy to come out and vote in the real election?

INEC? Definitely not!!!

Forget about percentage, the figures were not real in the first place.
Ok lemme put it this way, maybe you and your ilks would understand.

Anambra has 2 million voters.

You people expect 200 thousand voters to come out and vote Andy Uba.

Remaining 1.8 million voters right?

So why didn't Soludo and the PDP guy get a total of 1.8 million votes since you expected eveyone to come out?

The point is not whether Uba should have won or not.
The point is also not whether Uba forged that 200k number in his primary because I know he did.

My major grouse here is those expect Andy Bus to have 200k votes in the main election because he got 200k votes in the primaries...

How is that even possible? How? Even all the contestants barely had 200k votes total!

That has got to be the most idiottic logic in the history of mankind.
