To be candid, something is psychologically wrong with Messi at the front of the goal presently.

You can't shoehorn Griezmann to the wings and expect him to be successful it's the same with Dybala. Those two players are more effective when they are the focal point of a team or at least have free roles. Age is not on Messi side. We need to start planning ahead and when I mean phase it doesn't mean just drop him out no. We have to try to turn the focal point of the team to somebody else . Try competing at top when midfield have to adapt to a player that cant/wont track back and adapt to the lack of options from players running off ball etc.
Messi when ball in his area is best ever but off the ball he is Barcas biggest weakness in terms of attacking/defending as a unit.

The bold is a big freaking lie. We are already an ordinary team that a decent team can overrun anytime once they dislodge Messi. Unfortunately, Messi of nowadays can be easily dislodged than any other time before.

The reason Griezmann and all our attacking players are playing rubbish is because the #PasstoMessi tactics has made them redundant. Take this Griezmann to another major team and see him flourish. Look at Braithwaite when he came on against Madrid, he had an immediate impact on goal in his 1st minute. I told my guys then that it was because he hasn't been taught the #PasstoMessi tactics. Today, Braithwaite has started playing that annoying tactics. He can't be himself again.

I need a coach that will make all my attacking players a threat to goal. I want my attacking players to see the net and fire, not looking for Messi to pass to, who may have be surrounded by 3 or more players.

We are still not ordinary yet trust me.
