3. Tinubu had declared in the past during Obasanjo and GEJ, that the declaration of a SOE and removal of the Governor was illegal and threatened fire and brimstone over it.

The aim is to prepare the state for Wike and APC over the next 6 months or maybe 1 year.

There shall be a lot of actions of impunity which violate the constitution but Tinubu, Wike and Ibas wouldn't care.

Supreme Court relies on the constitution. The constitution is clear about how a Governor can spend state funds. It has to be appropriated and budgeted for by the state Governor with approval from the State House of Assembly. That is the law.

During State of Emergency , the president becomes the constitution and the Law himself in the areas he declares state of emergency. He uses his discretion as he wishes and no court can overrule him.

Again, those who wrote that constitution knows how powerful that emergency power is and can be abused and they empower various arms of Govt to stop it before it becomes valid.

That is why u need to read the emergency power act and stop arguing with emotions and ignorance at the same time.

Again go and read about Presidential Powers during state of emergency in any area across the world.

I'm sure Fubara would have put a call through to Mr President thanking him for saving him from being impeached, he would have sent some of his men to Abuja to prostrate before Mr President as a show of sincere appreciation for his magnanimity. First was Fubara's Chief of Staff, declaring support for the Sole Administrator on behalf of Fubara, and now, another staunch member of Fubara's camp coming out to express support for the State of emergency.
This has cleared all doubts as to give credence to Mr President 's decision, both sides are in agreement of the decision. Which means any other contrary opinion is only political. The coalition of opposition, the vultures and hyenas raising their unsolicited voices are only interested in scoring a cheap political score. If both parties are in alignment, then how can you being a stranger be crying more than the bereaved.

Two months time, I see Wike fighting Ibas and planning to change him.

Tinubu was never and has never been a democrat.

He is just one of the elders of our country who were around and were politically conscious when man countries in the Africa and the world were transiting from military rule to civilian rule.

He became Lagos state Governor and had the entire state bowing before him and worshipping him.
He finished his tenure and became a kingmaker and godfather who still had tribesmen going to his home to worship him.
