I think the panel normally has a maximum time of 3 months but trust me Fubara's panel will conclude in 1 week and return with a not guilty verdict.

The state of emergency was to avert the impeachment motion by the state assembly members which they could go to ridiculous extent in performing.

Wike, Fubara, the state assembly are all wrong but Fubara precisely messed things up for himself. He as a governor should have been seen as the father of he state( not by age), if you are busy fighting everyone, what message are you passing to those looking up to you.

Both Fubara and the state assembly was elected to work together in running the state but they chose to be fighting themselves senselessly while ignoring their campaign promises to the Rivers state people. I'm short, they already wasted 2 years.

Fubara would be returned as Rivers state governor only if he would agree to work with the state assembly. Let all the parties dropped their egos.

Whatever Fubara might have claimed to have achieved in his first 2 years, he could have done better without the distractions of fighting this, fighting that.

6 months should enough for him to reflect, have a rethink, meet and negotiate with others in other to run smooth government in Rivers state.

The Assembly complex was rocked by a bomb blast and he brought that part of it down for renovations,, not even the entire complex...

Every action Fubara took was backed by a valid court order, he never disobeyed any court order.

1.When the courts ordered Wike's PDP not to conduct congresses did they obey?
2.When court asked Amaehule and his group to stop parading themselves as lawmakers did they obey?
3.When court asked the assembly not to carry out any actions to stop the LGA elections did they obey?
4.When court asked the LGA chairmen to vacate office did they obey? Didn't they go about setting LGA secretariats on fire?

But you claim they obeyed courts,, bloody liar.

This was a fight between Fubara and FG (Tinubu)
Not between Fubara and Wike.

1. Democracy has been truncated in Rivers.
2. Oil pipelines have been ruptured.
3. The FG has lost revenue.
4. The State has lost revenue.
5. Governor has been suspended.
6. Assembly members have been suspended.

But somehow Tinubu's minister who has been the chief orchestrator and chief troublemaker in the entire crises from day one has not even been suspended, not even mentioned.
