They may however request you get a registered adviser from Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) for asylum cases for example.

Since he left voluntarily it should be fine, he should ensure he declares it and prepares for an interview

I have got a friend who recently had to leave the Uk. He rushed in to study one of the IT courses because of the money hype around the course and barely some months into it, he found out that he couldn’t cope. To make matters worse, the lecturers were not helpful (as adduced by a lot of my friend’s colleagues) and they did not start make the course suitable for beginners as promised on their course page.
He got tired and gave up when he saw his first semester result. Upon leaving school, he was reported to UKVI and the school sent him a mail detailing this but UKVI did not send him any mail before he left voluntarily. Now he is back in Nigeria and he wants to reapply for another course that is within his capacity. What are the possible bottlenecks that he might have to face?

You have to provide exactly what you uploaded not a different transcript

Also, the scanned transcripts meant it was already in hard copy right? Why are you printing the uploaded copy when you probably have the original hard copy version?

Please, the transcripts I scanned to school for my application, and was given admission with. Won’t it be the same transcripts I will print and show them in school for physical registration?

My friend is telling me that I have to go back to my alumni and pay for a different transcripts (hardcopy form) which is the one that uk school will ask of during registration and not that soft copy I initially used. The whole is confusing me.
Now he is charging me 60k to help me facilitate the process of getting me my hard copy transcripts.

Abeg advice me, Is it not the same transcripts I used to get my admission I’ll just print and submit during main registration??

Why was she omitted?

It depends on how detailed the ECO is.

Also I have to be honest, you have a lot of explaining and convincing in your cover letter about this child and why you are taking her away from her birth parents. If this was a visit visa to travel abroad for a fixed time then that’s different but she is applying as your dependant

You also will still need consent from the birth parents

Remember legal guardian doesn’t mean you are a parent

I attached a screenshot that might be useful to read about ‘special guardians’ . I don’t know how that applies in Nigeria though

1. The dependant doesn’t need to upload NYSC certificate.

2. Either, The ECO may request for the MAs statement with certain dates to confirm the funds were not recycled.When statements are requested ensure it is printed till date so the ECOs can see the funds are still available
. If the MA has spent some for his studies for instance to pay fees or accommodation (called differential evidence), provide the relevant invoice /receipt

3. Change of name is not necessary, the dependant should provide enough evidence to show the marriage is real.Please look at people’s timeline to see an example of such evidence

Now picture this:

Wife is planning to join by December but needs clarification on the following:

1. Wife has exemption letter from NYSC because of age. However, the age on her passport is different from the one she used in school. Must she upload the nysc exemption letter while submitting document for dependant visa?

2. Should the wife use her own nigerian bank account in her name for POF or it has to be in the husband's name? If she's going to use her husband's account, must his POF reflect also or it can just show the wife's maintenance?

3. Wife's passport and other documents still carries her father's name as surname because the wedding was done just a few months ago. Is it Mandatory to do a change of name? If not, what other supporting documents does she need?

I.e that the name and visa type is correct and reconfirm if the mail may have been sent in error and that your flight is already booked and scheduled to leave Sat

Research based masters is your idea

You have to come up with a research proposal yourself

You also have to find a lecturer who can supervise your research to pitch it to

Once they agree that your proposal satisfy 3 conditions as being 1. New(novel) 2. Has a scientific contribution and 3. Has an impact to the industry then they will accept your proposal and begin your admission process

2. All Uni offer research based studies (masters and PhD)

What if this person is carrying drugs? And gets caught, what will you do? Your wife and kids are roped in and vice versa.

The direct flight to London from Lagos using British Airways is $1100, my wife and twins can't travel alone Co the children are still underage, they need two adults and since my wife is one adult, I need another adult that is traveling to UK that same day to follow them.

Then the person can bring $1000 of his or her flight ticket and I will complete the payment for him or her since the total flight fare for my wife, an adult and 2 kids is $2389.

Unfortunately unless your masters is by research you can’t travel with your dependant and they also can’t join you at graduate visa stage if you go down that route after studies

Annual income isn’t savings.If you fill that, they will ask for payslips etc which you do not have

Call the rental agent and explain that you have just arrived and have 3months savings

They may ask you for a guarantor, but let them know first

Housing is a massive problem at the moment in England, people coming should be prepared
