PoliticsObj Didnt Bring Gsm To Nigeria, Neither Did Gej Brought Vehicle Manufacturing To by deandavid(op): 12:01pm On Nov 18, 2015
Majority of Nigerians are very poor in reasoning and exposure, even some educated ones fall into this category, i dont believe in the statement, OBJ brought telephone to Nigeria or GEJ brought manufacturing of vehicles to Nigeria, reason being that Nigeria is a country that every wise investor will want to invest in, even before GSM company came to Nigeria, its already a technology that will eventually come, irrespective of who was the president then,so OBJ who fortunately was at the helm of affairs then shouldnt be regarded as the person that brought GSM into Nigeria, its a matter of technological advancement which will eventually come, even if Adolf Hitler was to be our president then, GSM will still come, its just a matter of time, so also this car manufacturing thing shouldnt be attributed to whether GEJ or PMB, it is a business that will be profitable to the company if they have their plant here, and not because GEJ developed the technology of car manufacturing. Lets start reasoning like civilsed people. people will be laughing at our comments and be thinking we might really be an inferior specie, if we continue to reason like this.

PoliticsSteps To Take For Igbos To Get Their Biafra Easily by deandavid(op): 9:57am On Nov 09, 2015
By Ekpa Faith Pauline....

Dear biafrans I do not support ur struggle one bit, but am sick of u guys. these are suggested procedures that should be taken for u to be successful. if u can unite and follow the following steps then i can tell, welcome to the Republic of Biafra in advance.

STEP 1
withdraw all ur services from Nigeria and render the Nigerians as u are the backbone of the country

STEP 2
Withdraw your kinsmen who are public office holders e.g Ike Ekweremadu, deputy senate president, all senators in nass and rep members, Peter Obi the D.G of S.E.C, all ambassadors representing Nigeria

STEP 3
Reject all the ministerial nomination from the so called Nigeria.

STEP 4
Endeavour to reject Federal Allocation. u re very industrious people u will be better off without it

STEP 5
Stop all form of importation through the Nigerian sea port so that Nigeria will crumble without ur Tax

STEP 6
Recall all your sons and daughters from all parts of Nigeria to relocate to home untill this fight is over then Nigeria can beg them to come back as expatriate

STEP 7
Lock up all ur shops in idumota, Alaba international, Kano main market, igbo market in warri and every other market even in the remote villages accross the country.

STEP 8
Go beyond closing of the Niger bridge stop all Nigerians from buying or selling in Onitsha Main market or Ariaria market in Aba.

STEP 9
Try not to include any land of Delta south and delta central, (we dash una Delta North) in your proposed map angry

STEP 10
Make sure u make ur Visa very hard for Nigerians.

STEP 11
This fight can be achieved without Violence just like south Sudan. Finally, make sure u dont fight it with weapons.

Good Riddance...

Some of these comments shows that Nigerians are sick. It is not up to a teacher to discipline or flog someone else kids. It's up to the parents. In a normal civilized country such an act can even get the teacher suspended.

I agree with Damilola. The day any teacher ever lays hands on any of my kids will be the last day they will lay hands on anybody. Kwasiasem

it's a prophesy not a curse, Delta state will be the last state to be free from impunity, misrule, oppression and bad governance from pdp. Delta state is a state that has a lot of good and talented people so blessed but they left the leadership positions for the bad ones. typical example is my community Ekpan, where u have Newton of all people as the leader of the community. it's a shame.I just hope pmb beam is anti corruption search light to Delta state and even to local levels. God bless Delta state.

PoliticsRe: Governor Akpabio Calls Akwa Ibom People Ungrateful by deandavid(m): 1:22am On Jun 19, 2015
It's a shame. Our leaders have been such failures and unrepentant looters. That we d citizens don't even d obligations of govt anymore. So whenever a governor tie roads, sink borehole and do some things we feel they have done so much. Whereas it's actually their duty. That's the primary reason why they have been elected there.
We begin to praise them like they are using their private funds to do these things.
Well like they say. In a city of blind people. A one o eyed man is a king. In a country where almost all the governors are thieves and unproductive in their states. The fews ones that manages to do some things should be praised. Akpabio has tried compare to my state governor. Let akwa I box people judge their governor. As for mine. He is a failure. Come and look at warri and effurun. U will think we are in a dust bin site. The man was just doing programmes and projects that are not sustainable.

PoliticsBuhari Is Still The Right Man For The Job by deandavid(op): 8:45am On Jun 18, 2015
tweets here and there, names calling, abuses, old age issue etc. all on our president. Well whether we like it or not, he is our president and he is still the right man for the job, lets take a look at the persons around the previous govt of PDP, none of them, i repeat none of them can clean up Nigeria the way PMB will. yes they maybe young, but they are also greedy and insensitive, look at the likes of Saraki, David Mark, ekweremadu, GEJ, they dont have what it takes to clean and reposition the country, they have one way or the other soil their hands and records. our oil sector is in mess, civil service is rubbish, unproductive, impunity and mediocrity everywhere. even if we will say PMB isnt the best Nigeria can offer, but as it is right now Buhari is the best most sell-able personality acceptable to all Nigerians with the credentials and charisma to bring sanity to the country.
his aura alone is making people do the right thing, now WRPC has started working at 50% optimum capacity, looters are returning stolen money, all ministries and govt parastal are trying to do their job well. yes Buhari may be old, but with his antecedents and no nonsense approach,i think, he is still our best candidate right now and Nigeria will be great again.

Bruce's comment does not mean he has renegaded on his principles and promises. We shouldn't be quick to misunderstand and misinteprete. Its best to consider issues objectively with all decency and void of prejudice. I understand his position. They say a tree cannot make a forest. In a chamber where bribery and corruption are trademarks, you need coalition and partnership that work in order to make impact. It's obvious he cant change the proposal at hand if he goes solo.

Bruce is apt on his comment, even if he shares in the booty it aint his fault.
look don't justify nonsense . Now tell me where will the change start from. Somebody must initiate it. And mind u. Millions of Nigerians would have supported him. Since we can find just a single tree that will make d forest. Then Nigerians will occupy NASS. Remove all of them and reelect new law makers.

We are here crying blue murder buh how many of us would, if elected as a senator, reject this outrageous bull crap allowance. Some of us on this forum would in fact be making moves to get it increased.

Nigerians, hypocrites all of us.

Until I improve my morals, you improve ur morals...until then can Nigeria be better.

When PMB and PYO were campaigning, they said they'd implement a meal a day, many of us shouted that it was not feasible nor possible; Nigeria doesn't have the money. Exactly, the 'not enough money' would be channeled to other things like wardrobe allowance. Iranu
what's your problem dude. Are u for Nigerian or for d senators . The money too much. Even if nobody in nigeria will reject that amount that doesn't stop the senators from listening to d collective voices of d people. All we are saying reduce the pay of these NASS people. Stop making foolish excuses on their behalf.

It's a known fact to even a primary school pupil that one isolated man cannot make a difference on his own in the NASS, so what's all the hasty accusations about?

Nigerains are always fond of stoning persons who stick out their necks to speak on the side of the masses. I can't really blame Nigerian leaders who get into power and totally turn their backs on the masses.
WHO TOLD U HE IS ISOLATED. 180 NIGERIANS ARE BEHIND HIM. IF HE ME AND BIZ HE CAN START D RACE NIGERIANS WILL HAIL HIM JOHN HIM AND HIS FELLOW SENATORS WILL JOIN HIM. I believe in my lifetime, I have seen one senator, I have seen one principled Nigerian, and I have seen someone as daring as myself, that person is Ben Bruce. I do not know why he wrote this, because it is a manual for Buhari's success if he follows it religiously. I have learnt something there; That it is not necessarily the soldiers you use in defeating your opponents in a war that you must use to cement the victory and develop the nation. Buhari must expand his net beyond APC and search for the best brains, because he will be Nigeria President, not APC President. I hope #BabaoneChance can read, then he should read this and learn.

this man is intelligent, these are the kind of people Buhari need around him, criticize constructively, he said those people who helped buhari win, might not be those who he will necessarily need to build the Nigeria of our dream, use our best brains, build on past govt's achievements, he has said, stop funding those useless holy land pilgrims(where only the elite benefits), reduce presidential fleets, cut cost of governance start from aso rock, then legislators will follow suite. the guy spoke well. The fallacy of hasty generalisation becomes inevitable and does not apply when the difference in ratio is really really extensive. I am from the SE, Imo to be precise and over a 130,000 people voted for Buhari in Imo but that is not to say I should feel offended when people say "Igbos voted for GEJ." Likewise in Kano, over 200,000 people voted for GEJ, but that doesnt necessarily invalidate the statement that "Kano state voted for Buhari" does it?

Besides if you check the first sentence of my statement, I said "A lot..."
the fallacy I said u committed isn't d issue here. Leave that matter and take d answer I gave to u.not everybody voted for gej becos they liked him.they did it out of sentiment.though wrong.but na so we see am.

This is the exact myopic reasoning I was talking about which is prevalent amongst Niger-Deltans and GEJ supporters. Why on earth do they automatically assume that a probe of missing funds is an attack or a call for an attack of GEJ?... PLEASE I NEED AN ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION!!

Is it GEJ that stole the alleged missing moneys?... Did anyone say GEJ was the culprit?... A review of the names indicted for the $6.8bn fuel subsidy fraud, the individuals that made up that cabal were from diverse ethnicities and tribes and religions; as a matter of fact, there were very few Nigeri Deltans. So I ask again, why is it that whenever there's a call to investigate this matter, many Niger-Deltans and other Jonathan supporters switch to defensive mode?

The bolded part of your statement is the exact myopia I'm talking about.
my friend the mere fact that thugs like dokubo and co talk and act in a criminal manner doesn't mean its the stand of the whole region. We have a whole lot of credible people in the nogerdelta that wants this change. The people reacting to this moves by buhari are the less than 15% PDP elites that have been benefitting from the mismanagement of PDP since 1999. Go to the street of warri, effurun, udu, auchi, agbor, sapele, and every other Niger delta states.what major want is good governance judicious use of our common resources. Don't let comments of some big bad men make u judge all of us. Thats your answer. Any body answer your question like as asari wife's has either eaten out of d money, a staunch PDP supporter benefitting from d failed PDP system or just cementing for commenting sake.

A lot of Niger-Deltan's and GEJ supporters make a huge mistake by assuming that a probe or search for any missing $20bn automatically means an attack against GEJ or Niger-Delta.

What these people fail to realise is that the oil cabal members responsible for these thefts are mainly from outside the Niger Delta and if these monies are recovered, the ND will still get the largest portion of the funds. Sometimes I just wonder how an entire region filled with educated and enlightened people can just be so myopic.
