IamQuins:I submitted on the 16th and I got same message on the 20th...paying the 2K next week. The 2K is meant for the training materials & excursion for those 4days... |
Odufaikhimalo:Well I saw only one kinda form |
oneuniquemind:Well you don't need to stress yourself...just submit your form, drop your personal contacts and write down their bank account details. That's all...participant are to pay the 2K |
Hello Lagosians, Based On National Image Youth Empowerment Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit -- A Lagos State Government and Federal Government Agency (SMEDAN) Small & Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria in collaboration with National Images is set to empower 5,700 peoples in the different LGA and LCDA in Lagos State. This is also in Partnership with corporate bodies like Xeanior Resources, Icon Investment Consultants, Tostech Global Resources and others. MY EXPERIENCE: At the Ikeja Youth Centre today, the level of co-ordination at the beginning seems good -- people were grouped according to each Local Government to submit their forms...things was cool and peaceful. Not until when people who had submitted their registration form before date and received SMS where called upon. I quickly opened up the website-form to check the submission date again!. It says, "This form should be filled and returned to: Lagos State Government, Epe Youth Center and Ikeja Youth Center on the 16th & 17th May, 2016 by 8:00am daily " AND I WAS LIKE WHY WILL PEOPLE SUBMIT BEFORE THIS DATE...why did those in-charge accept their form? (Foul play!!!) Mehn...come see queue, people dey sweat, insults and fight between line-ups, this went on for hours (everything was so disorganised). Another things that shocked us all, was when it was announced that we are going pay 2000 Naira. (Sudden Information...wey people no prepare for -- some people were even asking what the 2K is for seems its EMPOWERMENT). The delay/waste of people's time was just too much!!! Thank God, the Ikeja Co-ordinator called people into the hall...after too much delay. He told us more about the empowerment, his plan to organised us well and he explained that the 2000 Naira payment is for the 5 day training and excursion. After all, he said those who just submit their form today (which is the right date) should go home and expect SMS from them. A Skye Bank account details was pasted on the wall for people to copy. AND I WAS LIKE...why did dey delay us and make us go through stress? Is like some Nigerians too like Money. I fear ooo...I over heard some people saying, "I came because of the LOAN" can you imagine that ![]() Make e no be like say na only me -- lemme ask; 1. What do you think...what was your experience in your Youth Center? 2. And here's the IMPORTANT QUESTION, why are you participating in the National Image Youth Empowerment Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit...is it for the LOAN? |
Boss13:According to Tiwa's words on Pulsetv...Tunji got a 4million deal for a show she is to perform. Tunji didn't inform her, he had collected the money and he didn't transfer the 4M into the company's account. Tiwa called the event/show planner to know what's up with pay...to her surprise, she was told Tunji had collected 4M, meanwhile Tunji told her the show is for 3Million. Tunji never transfer the 4M into the company account and Tiwa did the show for free. Tiwa had to sack him as his manager because he stole from his own her(his wife). |
raykas:Accion Microfinance? Never heard/seen such...are they in Lagos? Can they give loan without collateral? How much loan do they give? And have you gotten loan from Accion MFB before...share your experience? |
Without collateral... |
Hello Nigerian -- Lagosians especially, As an entrepreneur, I really need some loan to run my business and am sure they are many Nigerians out there who are facing this same challenges. I came across paylater.ng, a very good loan website that can loan you only 5K - 10K. I was able to loan 10K for 1month which helped a little. I came across aellacredit.com, onecredit.com and jobirra.com that claims to loan -- but filling in for loans on aellacredit.com and jobirra.com weren't successful. Onecredit seems/looks nice but due to some document they required -- an entrepreneur like me can only provide passport and National ID. Jobirra is so worst due to their outdated site...making the payment of 350naira on the site for application review is nothing to write home about -- always failing. Please which other website is reliable and sure of loaning 50-100K or more without collateral? And have you tried these website mentioned above...what was your experience? I just wan try RenMoneyng.com...hope it goes well. |
rolexsms:Yea...check my signature. ![]() |
rolexsms:@rolexsms good move...I like that you're an action taker! Note: free shipping takes up to 15 -30 days to arrive here. Please, feel free to reach me for tips on this business. |
rolexsms:1. Aliexpress is better...you can even use a cheaper ali-website 1688.com 2. Well as you note your address and postal code must be very correct...but our NIPOST are kinda trying -- sometimes they will bring it and sometimes you'll have to go their office to collect your package 3. As a beginner, I'd advice you don't use paypal because is not that safe. Pay through alibaba trade assurance (on alibaba) or on aliexpress that have "escrow" - this way your money will be safe. You know, you fit pay with paypal and the seller fit no send your goods. But if its a seller that you've done transaction/business with before and you've a build trusting relationship with paypal is okay. 4. Yes you can start with that 5. Well for me, anything ladies use is best selling as long as is fancy and of high quality. 6. Agent? That's a choice...you can do it all on your own. 7. Sure you can do that as well. 8. Lolz who go buy that one?Cheers! |
Can I use Payoneer MasterCard to purchase through/on alibaba trade assurance? |
"A note of warning though….. Don’t be surprised if your Nigerian first class degree is evaluated to a second class lower. I beg that’s how I see am! Apparently our degrees no qualify! But just check it out before leaving before you find out that you left Nigeria a doctor and is only qualified to be an RN!" It's high time! I wonder why some Nigerians go over there to work mean while our degrees meant nothing to them -- SLAVERY INDIGUISE! Lets build up our land |
Seems Nigerian Education is lagging behind...most Nigerians don't want to upgrade themselves to meet international standards. You can imagine foreign organisations(company) right here on our own soil using their own OYIBOS at top to manage their affairs while our graduates and school cert. holders are working under them. Meanwhile, plenty graduate still dey street -- hunting for job with their Resume/CV with lapses wey no fit meet international standard. No be their fault sha...na outdated information wey our schools dey use for this advance century. Those oyibos at the top in many organisation sabi all these lapses of ours - in fact dey prefer importing their own fellows to come work here. Na only if you sabi person **connection and bribing things** - the leading way here. Now, somebody is giving out information on RESUME/CV to help promote yourself well for free here...even if he's promotion himself - information which is king of all (in fact google know this as well) is worth paying for! We don't need to criticise! Some dey even involve spirituality... No wonder, "I wan go Dubai, Qatar, Canada etc." is increasing everyday -- You wan go work there shebi? I bet u won't use Naija CV/Resume there! Slavery in disguise...*** May God Give Us All True Independence |
No wonder our education is lagging behind -- using outdated info to teach! No wonder our certificate is not accepted/recognised in the developed world. |
BLWeb:Yes ooo...I observe that James wasn't included in the list. That's why I gotta comment ![]() |
APCcrimesHD:So people with this kinda mindset still exist in the country of ours...where people from different tribes are now getting married and giving birth to each other. Oga pack well -- stop TRIBALISM! |

Hello Nairalanders, Here is another trending wedding story, we should learn from...though it's kinda funny to some people but the reality is that, before you take that partner of yours to the alter, here are few questions you should answer; What do know of him/her? Can you spend the rest of your life with him/her? READ THIS! This marriage did not compute. An Indian bride dumped her groom on their wedding day Wednesday after he failed to answer a first-grade-level math question, police said Friday. The rejected New Delhi husband-to-be was asked to add 15 and six. When he answered "17," his fiancée, Lovely Singh, walked out of the Rasoolabad village wedding ceremony and refused to return. The mathematically challenged man, identified as Ram Baran, misled the bride's family about his lack of education, her father said. They later learned he was illiterate, according to BBC News India. "The groom's family kept us in the dark about his poor education," said Mohar Singh. "Even a first grader can answer this." The marriage was arranged, and the couple knew little about each other, according to reports. Both sides returned all exchanged gifts and jewelry after the wedding was called off, Kumar said. Cuddled from nydailynews.com Hope you've got somethings from this? |
Why did it take such years for the GOSPEL to reach Nigeria? What a question?!...thinking Should we blame God?...Absolutely NO!!! Who should we blame?...Man? I think YES, Man should be blamed. Here's my reason why I won't & will never blame God for the delay of the gospel. I know one thing for sure...that it cost God nothing to change every living human on earth into his own side, if HE can turn SAUL to PAUL. And guess what, everyone's heart is at his reach...BUT he won't pull everyone's to his own side. He want's Us all to make a our own choice. Here's the reason why I will blame we men for the delay. I Observe one thing when God met SAUL on his way to DAMASCUS to kill & destroy the GOSPEL...within a second God changed him. But GOD didn't preach to HIM, he had to send him to a place, to a man who will instill...lemme use teach or pass the GOSPEL into him. THIS WILL TAKE TIME...shabi? Saul no fit know all he knows in one day...he had to learn it. Even God in man(Jesus), while he was on earth had to wait to be trained, learn, filled with power and commissioned before He began His mission. I WILL SAY GOD WORKS IN HIS OWN WAYS & WITH HIS OWN TIME...GOD ways & things is mysterious to us. It's kinda slow and steady to us. BUT think about this...I blame men, because those who have receive the gospel early enough are STINGY!!! This does happen a lot and it slows down GOD'S GOSPEL...in jerusalem after Jesus ascension his disciples were stingy. They never want to leave jerusalem despite his instruction "You will receive power and you will be my witness through out the ends of the earth" But GOD had to scatter them using PERSECUTION...mind You Saul led this. Even after then, they still become stingy...that's why they face more persecution! In our present time, those who have receive the gospel were like this too...STINGY! God will create a circumstance/situation to push His gospel to the ends of the earth even if we no wan preach! The european have the gospel but they no wan bring am come here because they were scared...God create a circumstance/situation/situation(slavery) to bring it in. And maybe slavery is our own punishment for not going after the light. |
You've got great info... |
I just pray that relationship/marriage issues over here, won't be the way it is in the western world... To me, i'd say...there's a reason why GOD the author of the first relationship/marriage created the Man first, while the Woman was hidden in him until it was time for her to be revealed. I believe this points to Age difference between a man and his wife. Man should be older not the woman. |
PapiWata:VITAL IMPORTANCE & Carnal utility of women's accessories...so she uses this accessories to satisfy the way she feels. Huh? She could get addicted to these accessories you suggest...will this not affect her lifestyle or sex life after? |
PapiWata:This isn't a cure either... |
