it's pointless for ffk to point fingers. pun intended. omisore has sorted himself out. just like many others before him. just like the npdp in 2014. just like the many decampers like dogara. and I heard his party is a member of cupp! lol political prostitution is real. this is Nigeria. |
iammo:ur summation is right. but wetin we go do now? na siddon look, na him cari us put for dis gbese. if we rally round those who speak up for good (unlike our parents and grandparents who ruined this country) we'll all be better and stronger for it. |

FG recalls Benue Paris refund- https://punchng.com/anger-as-fg-recalls-n14-9bn-paris-club-refund-from-benue/ Abeg, just how wicked is this Osinbajo sef? I mean, as a SAN, Senior Pastor and VP, you'd think he'd insist on fair, equal and just treatment of all states, rather than suffer the poor, underpaid STATE GOVT WORKERS- to what, punish Ortom? Or, if his oga refuses, to declare his position publicly- or resign with his honor intact... Well, he's obviously as vindictive as buhari. Anyhow. Topic of the day: ……… Alternative Solutions To Minimum Wage @ N18,000/month = N600/day extreme poverty index is N720/day o! Many state govts fail to pay this. (Osun is modulated, Imo is half week) Some Fed govt pensioners being owed up to 15 years?!? Where will you get money to pay N65,000 minimum wage? - Are the unions willing to live with full petrol deregulation? - Are they willing to pay more VAT? - Are they ready to buckle up and actually work? - How many hours do civil servants in the North work on Fridays? Meanwhile: - What has labour done to ensure public services PERFORM better, over the years? - What have the unions done about CORRUPTION in the public sector? - Of all institutions in Nigeria, which one- compared to NLC via govt workers- has a greater power, insight and opportunity to be WHISTLEBLOWERS? LOL. But seriously: IT SHOULD BE CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT LABOUR UNIONS ARE THE GREATEST TRAITORS TO THE POOR IN NIGERIA. .……… ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS TO MINIMUM WAGE These are what labour should actually be fighting for- 1. Focus on better welfare for govt workers: - Free healthcare and antenatal care. - Emergency care through private clinics/HMOs. - Free schooling through to uni graduation. - Free school meals for pri/sec/uni students. - Free transportation to and from school/work. - Modernised teaching and exam standards for all levels of education. We must learn better to be better. If any of the above facilities are below par, who do we blame, but the NLC and govt workers? 2. Force govt to focus all govt resources on multilayered, multilateral, DECENTRALIZED power generation. Otherwise every other action will be useless. 3. Demand the entrenchment of competence and merit. Establish standardized tests for all civil servants due for promotion. 4. Compel finance ministry to deputize all nonessential MDA staff in fg/SG/lg offices to the FIRS/SIRS: To locate and collect taxes from non-paying firms. 5. Demand downward review of all upper level govt staff wages. 6. Complete scrapping of ALL public servant allowances. - And constituency projects. - And overlapping (special, ordinary, even supernatural) assistants, advisors, political jobbers, etc. If between NASS, MDAs and their staff, you fail to meet up, STEP DOWN for more competent people. 7. Demand an end to security votes and force all govts to provide complete transparency in all govt finances. 8. Promote the demystification of religious practices: - National Broadcasts of religious practices in other nations. - Open debates on religious superstition and false doctrine. 9. Demand for lowcost housing: - 10 storeys each, 40 flats per building, per local govt, per year. - All conduits and connections present- but without walls/demarcations. - Buy your 20ft container, meet standard design specs and move it in. - Strictly for lowest level govt workers. - Low impact, long term, monthly mortgage payments. 10. Demand the independence of the judiciary: - Armed with their own budget aimed at modernizing every court in 5-8 years; - And the institution of juries, so the common man can have justice in any state/federal court. Remember: This is what ONLY THE NLC should have been doing. Imagine when we involve all undergraduates; pensioners nko? wot of farmers, market women and domestic staff? But will #lazynigerianyouths agree to promote these ideas? |
Buterflyle0:oga, how is von Forbes? why is their article without any link to the original? and best is entirely removed from biggest, k? lastly, forbesafrica calling you resilient when you're on a sick bed means you'll recover- IN SPITE OF- the odds you face: like a deluded, paranoid and diabolical govt. |
ajoyeleke:insults? lol clearly, ur reasoning is that of a child. maybe u will mature someday, and regret such loutish behaviour. I doubt that. more's the pity. |
helpsomeone:@ delishpot: shey u c? ![]() |
pyruvateluv:1. move to job/vacancy section. 2. provide details: location, experience, gender, pay. 3. size of ur operation. |
Immaculatesnow:hi. 1. stop calling people 'dude'. potential investors might be reading. 2. share links to your previous/current channels. 3. as several have said, start small, like Emmanuella and Mark Henry: eg- - visit locations/events, conduct interviews/reviews and post. - will ur reviews of games, movies, etc compete with those of established market leaders? - in other words, what are you offering that's missing from current offers online? 4. the share you get from ads on ur site is cents to the dollar; u need millions of views per video to command real money. this is why most online successes do it themselves. - so what terms can you give for a return on investment? 5. YouTube is 24/7 already. do u plan to produce for live TV all day, everyday? 6. if you're going to be based in Nigeria and offer 24/7 content, you have an uphill task, due to our poor infrastructure (ask big brother). do u know the challenges and how to tackle them? |
bixton:'sentiments' keh? but u highlighted 'sister company'. did u misread, or fail to read everything? and how is the "involvement of certain personalities or government agencies" hearsay? look, you better get the proper context before all this nonsense ur writing. if u doubt the claims, visit the many quoted sites and agencies; then do ur research and show ur counter claims. after all, all ur talking about is ur personal opinion, right? who should then pay u any mind? chai! me wey don tok say I go stop to dey comment for post... infact, bros- u don win me o! |
delishpot:ehn en, stop dat nonsense! u again?! abi do u take joy in being defrauded? shu! at op, beta tenda all ur ID hia, one time- national/PVC/driver's license/passport. anyone wey u get. plus scan of ur CV. plus ur social media handles. once we verify, one of us can volunteer to do a biz plan review with you, within this thread. before we even talk of a formal interview. these are the conditions for continuing this conversation. deal? |
bixton:let's assume you're right. will you give a contract to a firm whose sister firm was convicted of corruption? it should occur to you that the difference in name is to distance themselves from the sister company. it should occur to you that both the house of reps and efcc have been involved, so it's easy to verify the numerous media outlets that ere quoted. if you objections are based on the mindset of 'e no supoz be lyk dat' rather than your own investigations, then I'm wasting my precious time. use your intelligence. |
the idea of a free MBA is fantastic. but with this online school, it's a mirage: application fee: $60 exam fees: $200/course => $2400 for 12 courses. total- $2460. this information is only possible to see when you download their enrollment agreement- http://www.uopeople.edu/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Enrollment-Agreement-May-2017-.pdf be guided. |
chiommy123:there are strangers in your office. there are strangers on your street. there are strangers in the market, bus, mall, gym, club, etc. and these are where you meet guys who ask you out! point is, between your prayers, good sense and the relative safety of your place of worship- the risks are low! and as added security: cari d guy go meet ur pastor before una comot for shursh! Haba!! ![]() |
Printerscanner:ur gist make sense die! beht err… fes, abeg teh lying momo to gree say him tok lai abat boko boiz. simpu. |
izit ignorance dat is doin u, or stupidity? shooz won. if u just got access to internet for the first time, I strongly suggest that you spend your virgin data educating urself, instead of disgracing ur family name with this impossibly idiotic statement. … u c how I take yab u witout singul insolt?! ![]() Proffdada: |
bigpicture001:I just taya for my pipu o… well, most are ignorant, some are sycophants, others just wanna get paid. Chrisbeks:how will you use biofuels? will you convert your factories, power plants and vehicles? y we go leave basic tins, com dey porshu meteorite? smh HotMata:you could've asked buhari why- after almost 4 yrs- he's yet to sign an mou to fix our refineries. and after all the atrocities committed by his govt, you can still type this nonsense? |
Toosure70:this is crass ignorance. if you say this in public, people will just laugh at you. educate yourself. knowledge gives power. Toosure70:v |
chiommy123:yep. it's a one-time-only sharing with a fellow believer. you might get a real, lifelong friend... or a better half, who knows! |
Uglymugg:that's why we need to ginger them up! ![]() |
Uglymugg:lol this is a simple form of thinking outside the box. ![]() you'll be shocked at how many ladies are looking for a little encouragement to do this. |
