The ideal candidate must be able to oversee, monitor and ensure compliance to health and safety procedures and regulations across the organization.
The Head HSE will be assigned the following primary responsibilities: operations at the organization.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain an audit plan for HSE processes and operational activities to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop HSE training requirements and ensures adequate training is in place for all employees and contractors
• Review and update HSE rules and standards in line with national legislation and developments in the industry and international trends

JOB SUMMARY
To support the National Sales Manager, in developing, executing and evaluating annual activity plans for Company brands/products, which deliver annual brand performance goals (awareness, equity, volume, market share, etc.) amongst the target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The principal duties expected of this role & quantitative aspect which signify its scope, such as volume, profit, includes:
Brand plans: Execute approved sales activities for company brands/products, particularly below-the-line programmes.
Marketing insight: Monitor and report on brand health, including competitor monitoring, using agreed attributes and format. Use consumer insight to inform development of marketing programmes for company brands/products. Provide market information with which to report on the performance of company brands/products.
Competitor monitoring: Track competitor activities in the Dairy sector and assist the National Sales Manager, Brands Group, in developing response strategies to protect the position of company products.
Results: Execute below-the-line activities for company brands/products and evaluate performance against activity objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Minimum second-class Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
 Postgraduate qualification in Marketing would be an advantage if the first degree is not in a related field.
 Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
