It may be very difficult to balance Career with family affairs, when your Job entails so much work that you are hardly at home. Either of the parents do not have time for the kids, and just as things go, one may feel lonely. This may on the long run bring friction in your marriage leading to constant arguments, quarrels, and even Divorce if care is not taken.




Now, I wish to put forth this question to the house, Would you choose a Good marriage over your career? If such career really has a negative effect on your marriage. When I mean a good marriage, I mean a marriage where both can say the are Happily married.

Good marriage for me oo. Two heads (good heads oo) are always better than one. Everything will fall in place when the marriage works well and we can both work towards making great careers.

Reduce your intake of high calories food like yam, cassava, stew, sugary drinks, savoury and pasteries food.



Eat nutritous food with low calories and also food that'll help burn the fats you've already gained- fruits and veggies, beans, nuts(walnuts,cashew,peanuts), brown or ofada rice, sea food, wheat and oat based food such as wheat bread, quaker oats, etc.

I used to be like him... But in my case.. I wasn't able to speak English language which was the only means of communication in the school... So I'll find it very difficult to associate with other kids in the school...

He'll come around. I've been teaching professionally for six years now so it's not new. I've met several children like that. Make the teacher see reasons why he shouldn't repeat that class again. The teacher should also bring him closer by being more friendly, motivate him whenever he does something well, make the whole class clap for him, make learning fun and exciting and also assist him relate well with others in class through games, competitions, simple quiz questions and make it rewarding. I promise you are going to see changes in less than a month, trust me.

I did my big chop February this year.
It has not been easy. Being natural is not an easy task.
I'm still trying my best to know more about natural hair.

What most black women don't know is, what works for another person might not work for you. Yes! I do watch youtube channel. The truth is whenever i try to manipulate my hair the way i watch it on youtube, i end up causing more damages to my hair.

These points am about to give out are based on my hair journey, which wasn't even serious..lol.

1.constant combing of hair: combing your hair always is a no! no!. The black hair as many of us call it afro hair like to left alone. It's advisable when you comb your hair, pls do it with a wide tooth comb. #stay away from those combs that have damaged edges(which makes it easy to strip the hair.

2.everyday conditioning: when you condition your hair, it makes it easy to manage

3.Shampoos: it's not advisable to shampoo (afro/kinky) hair constantly. constant shampooing may result in dryness of hair.do it once in two weeks.

4. Leave in conditioner: this is another good way to manage your hair.

5. Twist out: this serve as a protective style. This also save you a lot of time, so, you dont have to worry about getting your hair wet everyday.

6. Massaging the scalp of your hair:massaging the scalp of your hair with a good hair treatment also helps to grow an healthy hair.

7. Protective styling: this is another great way to manage your hair. Braids/weaves serve as protective style.

8.Tight braids/weaves: if you want to have an healthy hair, it is always advisable to avoid tight/weaves. Cos you may end up doing more damage to your hair. Always inform your hair stylist to go easy on your hair.

Wow! Nice collection. But we never kept any of those, ours are goats(male and female), ram/sheep, hens, cocks and ducks. ....
Basics: Clean place to stay, clean feeding trough and water, regular medication(you need a vet) or you just practise what I once did with a hen while in primary school. I noticed it was I'll and gave it paracetamol and water and it became well...lolz, don't ooo . Then you clean their place regularly. Kinda tedious when there are many animals but it's gonna prevent them from getting ill and also wade off offensive odour that comes from their pen. Oya tell me thank you...
