As a starter and a manager of a big hall meant for events like birthdays, weddings etc what are the things you think can be put in place to make the place bloom and more bigger...please urgent response needed.

I just received a text from FCMB for an aptitude test this coming tuesday 22 january. What are the things to expect in the test. Has anyone done their test before, how does it goes? what is their packaging like?

Is their any good chance for a 2.2 holder to secure a good paying job or a white collar job in this country...i have tried so hard but all i see is minimum of 2.1 and even those that dont emphasise on 2.1, after collecting all the applications from the job-seeking graduates they give more preference to the 2.1 holder, and this makes me think that those it means that the 2.2 holders need to go back to school...

I am hunting for job badly and no gud one comin forth yet, so for am managin a private schl wer am bein paid 18k as a graduate and i have work 4just two months,d second months was dis december and my employer proposed to pay me just half of the 18k which is to be paid in january 2013 and infact i cant begin to give my job description,because sharing mysef in2 two wont still be enauf to ease the stress coming from that heck of a job, infact i dnt even pray 2return to dat schl dis january, i hop 4a beta option...however yesterday a friend gave me a suggestion to subscribe to the sites that gave out job vacancies and details and i was thinking about their charges, how can someone still looking 4cash to buy credit card, print CVs transport here and there to get a job stil pay a huge amount of money per month just to receive a job alert its quite unfair, chargin fee its ok but not an enormous amount. however in the midst of these "societal crisis" i came across your post and i will be glad to join your website and also subscribe to receive job alerts...may God continue to bless you real good.

@logo77 thanks. But this letter of administration is something thats really making things difficult...i dont know if i can get some amount from the money which i can use to get the documents because presently i dont have a job and no cash for pocket

My dad is late for some years now(5years), we never even know that he has a totalled pension amount to collect from the government which has been deposited into the bank for about 3years now...we only received a letter from the bank this june 2012 and when we inquire from the bank they ask for an unending lists of documents for verification including letter of administration which i learnt takes almost half a year to produce or get, apart from that most of this documents costs much to get them and as a young graduate who is still hussling to get a job with 5 young brothers and a widow where or how am i going to get the fund to gets those documents, right now i dont even know what to do, the thought of having a good sum of money in a bank that you find it difficult to claim even hurt the more....i hope to get any useful advice from you all...thanks
