It's everywhere,I had same experience with my MTN line but it was an Igbo guy calling to know how his friend was,but it has stopped now, maybe you should contact your network provider or go to the place you purchased the sim and lay the complaint there..

okay read Isaiah 43:26, make a strong bargain with God on why He should bless you, favor you and answer your prayers. I use that passage also.
