1. If he has medical issues around reproducing, he can keep treating himself and hope to get the desired result soon.

2. He can adopt a child, with the agreement of his wife.

3. He can go get a sperm donor, with the agreement of his wife.

I do not even think you should be a sperm donor to him...these things gets complicated later. Avoid unnecessary headache and heartache.
