Acquiring an experience in teaching hospital as a student nurse,I have concluded that nothing can make me work here as nurse.

There is no equipment,no staff and you improvise for everything.

There is this incident that happened two weeks ago, this teaching hospital had a mass casualty and they were brought to Accident and Emergency ward.

Could you believe that it was only one causlty Doctor and 4 nurses that was on shift and 13 people were injured.

The doctor was tired to set line for IV , only one Bp apparatus,no pulse oximeter. The only thing we were able to do was to give normal saline n IM paracetamol finish. They were left on d floor to help themselves.

Imagine using one BP apparatus to check blood pressure for 13 persons with wound on their arms,I am so sorry for them because some will contact diseases through that means especially HIV or Hepatitis.

Or is it last month that doctors went on strike, some people brought on eemergency died in the hospital because of no doctor.

I do pray everyday that nothing happens to me or my family that will make us go to teaching or state hospital.
Because you might not come out alive ,God forbid.

Someone will be brought to the hospital for emergency, doctors and nurses doesn't care.

Or is it the one that happened 5months ago,a patient had a successful surgery,he was brought to New surgical ward for postoperative care,on checking his SPO2,it was below 95 % and there was no oxygen to give to him.

He died right before our own very eyes .

Or is it the one that during CS,there will be power failure, surgeons will have to use torch light.

Omo, experience too plenty. If you have the means to Japa, biko do it.
Everything is not about money,at the end of the day quality of life is more important than quantity of life lived.

May God Sha protect and help us.

The say experience is the best teacher
The behavior of our medical personnel in Nigeria is what leads to many countless deaths. I've seen victims firsthand and have also been a victim. I was sick and mustered the last energy I had to get to a public hospital even at that time o was bouyant to go to a private. The devil made me patriotic that day saying patronize Nigeria. I used my last energy to get an hospital card and was directed to the pharmacy and an attendant section. When I got there knowing I would faint in minutes I brought all the cash I had went to some group of nurses I saw gossiping, dropped the entire 10-17k or so this was like eight years back or so. That money was around the value of 30k today, the prescription I was given and my card. My dear sister. I fainted there but I said take my money treat me, dropped all the cash and the hospital documents.

I fainted woke up fainted back, woke up, vommitted all over myself, became paralyzed and couldn't walk, pee on myself. Your sister nurses turned the side and left me with their gossip. After the third time of me waking up with my inability to see clearly and everything had become foggy and cloudy.

I could only get a glimpse of the nurse who was to attend to me takeup her bag, ofcourse appearing like one in a haste to see her lover.

It felt like I would die that day.

The God I serve wouldn't dissapoint me. An old nurse in her sixties who observed the scene rushed to me. Had me carried on a stretcher. And I was attended to.

That was how I escaped being killed by Nigeria on that day. God looked at mye with mercy and saved me Himself o

The Nigerian medical system is a death system. From doctors to nurses everyone acts with the mentality that we see deaths every now and death so no big deal you can die. So many Nigerians are ignorant about this yet carry their wards to state hospitals.

In my very presence the days I spent there, atleast three person's died.

My sister was admitted at Military Hospital Yaba too, during the times she spent there 80% of people they take there die. These are issues regular NIGERIANS do not know about of have knowledge of

Our hospital heads have been compromised and have made covenant with the devil's to kill people. Many people don't know. They deliberately ignore peope so that they die and reap souls for the devil.

I've seen it first hand. I'll even dare to say 80% of severe cases or cases that would have been resolved end up in deaths in our states hospitals as a result of the rigged system

From Lagos state teaching hospital, LUTH to military hospital to the IFO state hospital, my dear Nigerians all state hospitals have now been conevnantes with coverns so that people are killed deliberately from lack of proper medical attention

If any doctor can dare counter me, I will only ask something, provide a recorded.of deaths in state hospitals on a monthly basis over the past 20 years. If you all see this list, you will see that our state hospitals, both state and federal managed are nothing but Lucifer's death camp

I come in peace

Too late

In this order

POLITICIANS

INEC - CAUSE THEY HAVE OVERTAKEN POLICE

JUDICIARY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A CULT. ITS WHAT THEY DECIDE IN THE SPIRITUAL COVERN THE JUDGE MIST COMPLY WITH OTHERWISE THEY FINISH HIM OFF.

ARMY - THEY KEEP COLLECTING MONEY FOR WEAPONS BUT YOU SEE MOSTLY FAIRLY USED THIRD GRADE CHINESE ARMS. WHY DID YOU THINK CUKTISTS FONISHED OFF A DPO WHOS WEAPONRY COULD BOT MATCH THE FIRE POWER OF THE ASSILANTS

CUSTOMS

PROPHETS - NIGERIA HAS NOW BRCOME A JOKE, SENPIR PROPHETS, ALFAS AND POLITICIANS ARE MEMBERS OF THE SAME SPIRITUAL COVERNS.

IMMIGRATION

BANK MANAGEMENT - THEY WILL MAKE 50-800 BILLION NAIRA PROFIT BEFORE TAX BUT WILL CONTINUE TO INTIIATE SCHEMES TO DEDUCT 50-400 NAIRA FROM CUSTONER ACCOUNTS TO BOOST THEIR WEALTH

LECTURERS ARE NOT SPARED.

CAN YOU IMAGINE LADIES ADDING PROSTITUTION TO DAY TIME WORK SO AS TO COMPLETE THEIR FINANCIAL EXPECTATIONS AS THEY DEEM SALARY INADEQUATE. ITS SO BAD SOME PROSTITUTE NOW LOWER WAGES AND TARGET HIGH NUMBER OF SEX MATES TO MEET UP THEIR EXOECTATIONS.

ARTISANS AND FRIENDS - THE AVERAGE COLLEAGUE IS WAITING FOR YOU TO LOOK THE OTHER ESY TO BETRAY YOU. LOYALTY AND TRUST ARE VIRTUES THAT HAVE BECOME OBSOLETE BECAUSE THE HEARTS OF MANY HAVE GONE COLD.

YOU CAN IMAGINE PEOPLE MURDERING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE THATS THEIR PATH WAY TO WEALTH IN LIFE.

THE FEAR OF GOD IS COMPLETELY NEED IN NIGERIA TODAY

THE HI TIME WE TELL OURSELVES THAT NIGERIA HAS FINISHED AND WE NEED GOD TO HELP US START AFRESH THE BETTER.

Colombians, Brazilians and Mexicans have more scammers and drug runners than Nigeria, but you'll hardly open the news to find their citizens being put in the spotlight. Even when they're arrested, diplomatic relations are used to quietly extradite such persons so appropriate sanctions can be dished out.

But people like you, Buhari, Tinubu, Atiku Bagudu, Orji Uzor Kalu and a host of other short-sighted Nigerians make it look like the entire Nigerian country is a hub of scammers and characters with illicit intents.

You think Nigerians defraud people? Spend a year in China and you'll understand that almost every teenager with a smart phone is almost encouraged to engage in internet fraud schemes. Or let's even bring it back home to Africa. Do you know that nearly 60percent of the young Ghana population are into internet scams? Or do you want to travel to SA and Kenya?

But those countries hardly make the news for crimes because you Nigerians are so loud-mouthed and hateful towards your next Nigerian, so you feel your only way of showing patriotism and behavioural decency, is to use a vuvuzela to announce your kin and his flaws so he can be taken to the hangman's noose!

Make una come naaa. It's very easy over here in abroad. Just sell all your properties in Nigeria and leave your Deloitte Job where you've become a Manager. You don't even need to come through legal means. Just come on visiting visa. When you get here you can easily divorce your wife and marry oyinbo. Within like 1 year you will get your papers then start as Deloitte Manager again in Dallas, Or Houston. It's not that hard. Just come. There is job and money waiting for you. There is even credit system so you have access to funds to buy whatever you want. You can take a loan to buy a 2024 model car and be paying small small. Just come. Anybody telling you otherwise is an enemy of progress.

They are lucky, the sentence is light.

Samuel Ogoshi, 22, and his younger brother Samson Ogoshi, 20, of Lagos, were flown to the U.S. on Sunday and are expected in federal court in Grand Rapids on Monday afternoon, the Justice Department said. They are charged in a four-count indictment with the sexual exploitation of minors and with causing the death of Jordan DeMay, 17, who was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in March 2022 after the defendants allegedly tricked him into sending explicit photos of himself and threatened to share them with friends and family. Samuel faces a minimum sentence of 30 years in prison if convicted, and Samson faces a minimum sentence of five years.
They should each be given 30 years. It was too inhumane. Too devilish

I usually say this- in as much as someone is in a very bad situation doesn't mean he cannot find himself in a worse situation if he makes a wrong decision!!
So I would expect a reasonable person to not just throw away the advice about not relocate abroad but to make informed findings on whether he could be worse off over there or not and what are the chances!
It is a FOOLISH person that will hear warnings and just TOTALLY DISREGARD the warnings

And then people will run away from them and they cry me me me.

We have an evil mind, and its better to just stay where we are and be doing useless things, just like those young Nigerian boys that did sex extortion of a young American, and he committed suicide because they released some nude pictures on Instagram. And the story is spreading like wild fire in USA. Let them go there they will treat them like the evil mind they are.

So they are complaining like the evil mind they have.

How can any sensible Nigerian not want his or her kids trained abroad or have an abroad backup plan after watching Bola Tinubu a known criminal, a known Lagos state treasury looter that captured Lagos state politically using ill gotten wealth + high level rituals/occultism and then used the massive Lagos state treasury he has stolen for decades to sponsor the downfall of Goodluck Jonathan and made Buhari President and thereafter used same Lagos treasury he looted to buy every buyable person in Nigeria to become President against the wishes of majority of reasonable Nigerians and every Nigerian is shut down because Bola Tinubu has stolen so much of Lagos wealth for decades that have made him a demigod in Yoruba politics and gradually in Nigerian politics of some regions.

Yet some Nigerians think Nigeria have any hope of becoming a great country? A country where competence and merit doesn't count but rather criminality, fraud, thuggery, occultism, spiritism, juju worship and all manner of barbarism reign supreme.
