YoruIgbo: My background is Plant and Engine Reliability so you can call me a Reliability Engineer, I understand what Reliable isI believe you joor! ...checkout my signature. My most reliable ride was and still is the very popular 1995 Mercedes-Benz 230E, manual tranny. (9ja calls it the "V-boot" . Never say die! Before this, I had a 1982 Mercedes Benz 230E. |
simplyOJ: Can you just imagine thisNa we teach am nah. I'm sure he might have been reluctant to do so, but his driver encouraged him. |
fembukin: Thank you mr sabi I am using terms that people understandYes, I'm "Mr Sabi" kudos to you for choosing to use the wrong words over the right ones. |
all4naija: You and other conspiracy theorists have us believe it that way. You are only proving the obvious, a hater of anything American indeed! My dear, that's a woefully wrong interpretation to my comment. |
frainc: if thy give you the bike or $50,000The $50,000 please. |
Its about 700km. You shld budget 8hrs for d trip. Taking into consideration brief stops and possible traffic jams at some points along the route. |
frainc: But this number 10 shae be like irobot okada. |
Oyetboy: Is there any Nollywood start that died during movie production? I think notSam Loco Efe. |
Simply scribble your vehicle registration number on its windshield(front n rear), side mirrors, car radio, rear view mirror, headlights/rearlights, bumpers, rims, brain box, and on every removable. Its always a big turn off for car burglers. That the method I've been using. Though ur case just reminded me that I have done that on my brainbox yet and I will do that tomorrow. No long thing. |
So someone comes on NL, opens a thread to get help on a problem of his but his thread is turned to a court session. As for the OP, since u say the engine turns slowly, I wld suggest you try a new kick-starter which is a cheaper "nxt step" to buying a new engine. I'm saying this cos I've witnessed an engine overheat scene that got everything under the hood fried. |
Ok nah... I have a Mercedes, a Nissan and a Renault which u skipped. You are right to some extent but I'm not pleasure driven. |
sunky644: Hello fellow Nlanders and auto experts, please I need first hand info about Isuzu Rodeo SUV 2001-2004 model. Was told it's a strong, durable and rugged car. But please I need to know how economical it is fuel wise and hope it's not going to be back breaking to replace it's engine and some other parts. You never still buythe car by now? Don't waste time oh, the fit finish for market oh. I'm a proud owner of one with auto transmission. Its a good ride and why wld anyone tell u there are no mechs for it? Its a japanese product for crying out loud. |
Nastydroid: sell the carTo someone that likes trouble, abi? ...indeed a very "intelligent" advise |
Hahahahahahaha! ...see film trick! |
chamboy: which makes u more stupid, so if dey lie u no get TV or INTERNET to confirmInternet and tv is media which are all government controlled. |
Please my people, the American flag on the moon is not flying. If you zoom into that picture, you will notice that there's a horizontal pipe or rod sewn into the upper edge of the flag to support it. Honestly, it is amusing that Nigerians are busy arguing about a supposed flying flag on the moon while others are busy visiting the moon and coming back |
jhydebaba: Jesus pay titheAre you even a Christian? |
jhydebaba: Jesus pay titheAre. You even a Christian? |
Kk4: Maybe. Go jump inside and come tell usThat's the big ish. Its a "one way in" and "no way out" sort of journey. Its useless to go in when you won't be able to come out to tell the story. |
Mynd44: Why?Thou shall not tempt the Lord thy God. |
nnamdiugwu: Yes! Up Netherland. Wish u reach final.Finals kwa... WETIN YOU DE TALK SEF? |

saintjoel: He can get it done for 170K and he can get done at any land border (seme or idiroko) but he shouldn't come with the car to the border, any agent worth his/her salt can declare it in absentia and get the papers processed within 48hrs.No vex oh... But this na long story! ...the ride don enter n that's final. Even if he begins to settle custom men on d highway for the next 7yrs, he won't spend upto 170k. I travel freely with my one year old 2004 Nissan Quest to and fro Lag n Owerri without custom papers. I knw I risk my car being siezed but these custom men are humans and have personal needs to meet (if u knw what I mean). But instead of flying ur car n later start looking for custom paper why not just go through the normal process to duely clear ur ride? Doing the right thing brings rest of mind. |
kennethse: Dear Nlander, I live in the caribbean and I was advised by my machinic to remove my thermostst because of the climate, he says thermostats were designed only for temperate countries.Change ur mechanic instead. |
donbuchi1: Friends, please my mech. advised i remove my car thermostat.Don't mind him oh! Please look for another mechanic who's Y2K compliant. Cos ur present mech cld render ur car useless within months using trial n error tactics. |
