Pat Utomi clearly explained what he meant, a type of check and balance public board, which is allowed on a democracy. In a democracy the people have the people, Pat Utomi and this forum are part of the people, hence can come together and scrutinize the government. Freedom of expression is sacrosanct, exceptions to violence of course...there is no violence or incitement here.

Why is APC government afraid of scrutiny?

Lagos State government should be responsible and build low cost housing first and start with theirs so landlord follow suit. This mouthing makes no sense when you don't even have any public housing options for the people. Lagos Government can build low cost housing for residents as part of government responsibility to the people, like the late Sir Lateef Jakande of blessed memory did.

Mr president thank you for kick starting the forests guards initiative, it's long overdue. I hope it will be continued and made to grow and develop over time, by different incoming new administrations.

Recruits of the forests guards should be domiciled to operate and work in their states of origin...locals know their forests more and locals will be more passionate about guarding their own state etc.
