PoliticsRe: Northern Governors And Traditional Rulers Meet In Kaduna (Photos & Videos) by dederocs(m): 12:43pm On May 11, 2025
Southern governors and traditional rulers should meet and form a southern regional security network, to connect all the vigilante units and forest rangers across the South. A regional security network/forests guard to patrol southern forests and high ways needs to be established, to protect southern Nigeria against kidnappers and bandits.
PoliticsRe: Northern Govs Call For Review Of Strategies Over Increasing Killings by dederocs(m): 10:59am On May 11, 2025
Religious extremism, almajirism is the roots problem. The terrorists exploits the religious indoctrination of the almajiris. Despite your almajirism North is still backwards, even a child will know your problem lies in religious extremism being propagated in the North.

A great leader will wage war over the lives of his people...Bush did it in America, Indian president just did. We don't have leaders in Nigeria, what we have are politicians, all they know is to grab power, no love for the people they serve.

How?

By defending an alleger that can not go to court but seek public propaganda?

Why have the sexual harassment case not gone to court, I heard that there is no such case filed, so they want to use media propaganda...that can not work, it works only for mediocres and gullible people.

This Natasha is a clown. Some of us saw through her from the beginning but many allowed emotion to carry them to where they no know. cheesy

The mf is now looking for soft landing. Lmaoooo... Baby politician! I'd disappointed if Akpabio back down because it would mean that he can be toyed with. I trust Tinubu sha - he will deal with her one way or another like he did El-Rufai.

Obidients, Rufai, Abati, Arise TV, Oby Ezekwesili right now... grin
It's sad that the zombies and pawns are more in number, this is why Nigeria is not moving forward. Zombies and pawns who are political fanatics, sycophants and jobbers are the problem of Nigeria, in terms of leadership. No pun intended.

Fugazy... Nigerians are a bad judge of character, this is why they suffer.

Kudos to India, this is why they are regarded as strong, and a great nation...they are at war with Pakistan because of Pakistani terrorists encroachment into India, this is greatness. Nigerian leaders must emulate this great Indian leader. A great man indeed. A strong man is known by his ability to protect the people.

Nobody can respect you as a leader if terrorists kidnap the people you are serving without retribution and paying with their lives, nobody will regard you or remember you if you can't expunge kidnappers and bandits from your own territory, it means you have failed.

PoliticsRe: ‘scrutiny Frightens Them’ — Utomi Slams APC Over ‘drama King’ Moniker by dederocs(m): 10:37am On May 10, 2025
APC attack units should stop embarrassing APC, is APC scared of scrutiny?

Democracy has always supported scrutiny of public officers, public officers are workers of the Nigerian public and members of the Nigerian public in whatever name can come together and scrutinize the political office holders. I expect APC to be more advanced than this, we all know Pat Utomi has been a real honest activist with real interest of Nigeria and on the truth and best way for governance, that benefits the people and not the political or ruling class. He has been this way all his life, I suggest APC spokesman respect people who fought for this democracy they enjoy today. Stop bullying people.

We must seize this time and opportunity to secure southern Nigeria for the future generations unborn, they will bless our souls for this.
PoliticsSenator Akpabio, Time For Southern States To start State Police Is now by dederocs(op):
Southern governors forum must come together and have a central security system and network, align their state police to work cohesively as a unit. Southern governors forum must start their state police, the federal government has already given its nod, push for it in the house of assembly through southern senators and parliamentarians, the bills passed in our state house of assembly, and we start recruiting and training, president Tinubu/federal government has given the greenlight, what are the governors and senators of the south waiting for?

You are there to represent your people, and we all see all the people in Ondo, Edo, Ogun, and the southeast states that have been killed by rampaging fulani and sahelian bandits, disguised as herdsmen.

First of all Open grazing must be outlawed across the South of Nigeria and 10 years imprisonment for any person caught herding cattle openly.
.
Senate President Akpabio, this is a moment in history, a chance to put your name in gold in the history of Nigeria, work with your colleagues state governors and state assembly members, and pass this state police bill, the ball is in your court, don't let your people down, this is the time to set partisan politics aside and do what is right for your people after all you are there by your people.

State police officers will be allowed to use automatic weapons and this is the only weaponry that can push back bandits and terrorists kidnappers from South of Nigeria and indeed all of Nigeria.

Many people are getting the statement wrong. It was a subtle jab on the organisers of the protest like the likes of soyinka, Adewoye, Tinibu etc. Where are they now? 🤔
Why does he throw such careless statement like a market woman...Obi saying the labor of our heroes past is negative, myopic and not very smart talk, nation building is a going concern, Obi should ask himself what difference has he made or how different was he when he was governor, the report we are hearing about his record is mediocre.

He is right, back then most people are brown skinned, Jews, middle eastern people had more melanin then, after a while they got whiter and the distinction began.
Foreign AffairsRe: USA Reaches A "Historic" Trade Deal With The UK by dederocs(m): 5:48am On May 09, 2025
QuinQ:
Which one be Constantinople, a Roman leader? You say "A simple research" yet you call Constantine as Constantinople. Genius!
Simple: there was no grand conspiracy. These things happened organically.

On the eve of the Battle of the Milvian Bridge (Oct 27 312) Constantine saw a vision, where he saw a cross in the sky with the inscription "In hoc signo vinces" (In this sign, you will conquer)

His victory over his rival, Maxentius, at that battle (28 October 312) awarded Constantine control over the Roman Empire and also, according to accounts by contemporary writers Eusebius of Cæsarea and Lactantius, contributed greatly to Constantine’s shift of attitude towards Christians.

The next year, 313, he promulgated the Edict of Milan which granted everyone freedom of religion thereby decriminalizing Christianity.
In 325, after much debate as to the divinity of Christ he convened the Bishops in Nicea and after much debate they decided that Christ was indeed divine and issued the Nicene Creed which is recited in Churches till today
Spelling errors is not the issue here, the issue here, is that is is politics and traditions to them, to you it is religion...this is the point. Am not trying to teach history here, every adult knows the history, a simple research in google will tell you the relationship between Rome and great Britain, and how Christianity was started...my aim is just to point out that it is politics disguised as religion, a means to unite and control. The history is everywhere on google etc, but am trying to make Africans understand it's simply politics and consolidating power that made Rome recognise and started Christianity as an acceptable state religion, giving it holidays etc...
Foreign AffairsRe: USA Reaches A "Historic" Trade Deal With The UK by dederocs(m):
QuinQ:
Who is the "they" doing all these things? The emperor was the supreme authority. Constantine was the first to decriminalize Christianity but by then most of his household and generals were already (secretely) Christians. Did they become Christians before or after "they" sat down and planned out all these your conspiracies?
It's good you know Constantine, a Roman leader, he authorised Christianity as an organised state religion for Rome, its people and subjects...they were Christ followers before this time, but Christianity as an organised religion was formed by Rome.

Do you know back then bishops were like supreme leaders working on the behest of the Romans in England, Wales and their other territories...does sending troops to warfare, ordering executions and being a supreme leader not sound like a political appointment to you?

Like I said, to the leaders of Rome then it's politics, but to you it's religion... that's exactly how they want it to be...not here to argue, argument on this is meaningless, a simple research will tell anyone what they need to know on the topic.
